    I bought an iPhone X at the beginning of March and couldn't just get over the fact that I needed something better. I returned the phone x and got the iPhone XS max which am loving every moment. Its the greatest iphone ever built and the battery capacity is just awesome.I love Bestbuy and am a loyal customer since 2016

    Great iPhone as expected. Went from 6s plus to the Xs Max. Don’t miss the home button at all like I thought I might. It does open a little too easily sometimes when I don’t mean for it too is only downside. But I wouldn’t go back to the ones with home buttons. If it bothers you too much, you could always disable the Face ID.

    Don’t like the autoadjust brightness. Also, a little heavy. Lastly, the top black notch is annoying. However, still a great phone. Just some room for improvement for the price.
