Nice big screen, great camera. A few glitches that I didn’t think I should have already so a little concerned but just like any technology, glitches happen.

I originally didn’t want to upgrade from my iPhone 6s+ for the longest time(2 and a half years to be exact) in fesr of life without a headphone jack. I only bought this phone because my battery would go from 100 to 30 in less than 15 minutes. I do not regret this buy at all and I highly recommend this phone.

The camera was the reason I upgraded from my 7+ and I went all in and traded in that phone. But, other than the camera I preferred the 7+ and I miss it honestly.

I love my phone everyone is always asking me to take pictures with my phone because they come out amazing! The portrait mode is my favorite way to take pictures!

I really love this phone. It feels similar to the iPhone 8 + in size, but the extended screen size is the icing on the cake

Good phone. Battery life is amazing compared to the 6S. Great picture too. Just make sure you want a phone this big. It is huge and takes some time to get used to.

Got an amazing deal and the quality of this camera is ridiculous !! However the screen is sooooo sensitive so do not leave the store without a screen protector !!

I love my new phone, the screen provides a beautiful picture, plenty of new features, apps galore for whatever you need. The face recognition is a nice feature for security and ease of opening your phone. Best security available for Apple Pay. The overall size of the phone is the same size as my bank checkbook.

Once again, Apple does not disappoint. I was about to switch back to an Android phone but have owned a better share of iPhones. Glad I stuck with it. Once I adapted to the new interface like the lack of a home button, I am more than pleased!!

If you like iPhone, there isn't much else to say about it. It's a good phone, the camera is excellent. I got used to not having a physical home button very quick.

Former Samsung Note owner for years. Decided to return to apple and so far not disappointed. Great camera on this device and have already taken some great shots

Long time smart device enthusiast Great screen size, at first thought it may be too large.. Has a wonderful feel to it, colors are rich and resolution is sharp. Operating system is solid, the new UI gestures are magical ! Apple knows how to do it.. get this machine! You'll not be disappointed

I’m so happy with my purchase, this phone is more than what I thought it would be... the graphics, pixel, and sound is amazing. I love it!!! The Best Buy App and service was phenomenal. I definitely will be making more online purchases through this app in the future.

The phone is a great one, now that I’ve had this phone, I do not know how I went so long without a bigger phone screen such as the one on this phone.

I love the big screen and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to smaller one. But i think that’s the only upgrade on this phone. Plus, the battery drains fast

Best iPhone yet. This new iPhone XS Max is the best iPhone I have ever owned. With the removal of the basil is the larger screen is so much easier to handle with one hand. Pricing is a little steep, however I find myself using it more and more instead of automatically going to my iPad or computer

The quality of the phone is great. The Dolby vision and HDR are of great quality and really immersed me as I watched movies on it while on my Cruz. This phone really takes great pictures as well. I took a lot of pictures while out on the Cruz and they all look life like. This is truly a great phone.

What can I say it’s a phone and seems to do what I expect it to do I like display but disappointed with the screen protector I purchased from Best Buy as it seems to take away from crisp ness of my phones display and doesn’t seem to fit well will be looking to uag to see what they have to offer

with the iPhone max... the screen has a very warm color tint... while the 2017 iPhone X.. had a blue tint to it. i am okay with the warm color screen.. but this release is too much yellow on the screen. Also there is a stutter on video playback if your watching videos on the iPhone max. To avoid the stutter lag on the videos you have to turn off true tone. also if you don't like the yellowish tint on the screen, you have to play around the settings display.
