For being such a big phone apple software doesn't take advantage of the real estate. The iphone is a good upgrade but not if you are coming from the iphone x.

I upgraded from the iPhone 7 to the Max. Took a little while to get used to the new phone without the home button, but am now fully operational. Great phone!

I enjoy the phone a lot. I just miss having the home button. Sometimes I think it’s very sensitive to touch & I end up calling people I didn’t mean to call.

not much to be said on top of the official reviews. I just want to confirm the fact I am running into weaker LTE rates compared to my X and my wife's 7 Plus.

I wish the price is cheaper. It could be better. It should be able to connect to my Samsung friendly, to do that you need Apple TV.

Speedy phone. Antennas are terrible. Doesn’t switch easily between WiFi nd cellular data. Sometimes refuses to work

Both of my kids are happy with their phones. It's the firts time both have had this brand. One of them got the XS and the other got the max. Great phones

Literally paying more to have a bigger screen. Everything else is exactly identical to the Xs model just $100 more

Its an awesome phone, although it is taking alittle to get used to the different features. I also wished they had rose gold in it, but overall I like it!

LIke every generation of Iphone. well built. camera is good.

It failed once. The screen was unresponsive but I read a review about this phones failing like this often. Only happened once.

Its good to have this phone but the only thing I have problem is the battery life. It supposed to have a nice battery backup which I’m missing

Great phone, only issue is I lost some phone contacts on transfer from old phone (7s) and not sure if anything to do with anything. Annoying.

I do love the phone. No doubt about it. Very fast. The problem is the cell signal. It’s horrible. My iPhone 7 with att in the same areas would be 4-5 bars. iPhone X’s max maybe and I mean Maybe 1-2 bars. My wife’s xs max is the same. Every where I go I get avg 1-2 bars that’s about it. Apple needs to fix this

iPhones have always been great with their cameras but you can only go so far I’m more mad about the no fingerprint sensor which Samsung phone has

Facetime is fantastic for keeping in touch with family and friends. I would have given 5 stars if the keyboard was user friendly like the android.

Apple girl in an Apple world. Always and forever. Sure. Great product. Time for a new one. Breaks too easily though.

My only problem is that it doesn’t always count my flights correctly. Also was disappointed 3 weeks after I bought the watch it went down 30.00

I’m really enjoying the quality of my new phone. I sometimes have trouble unlocking my phone using the face feature but over all it’s a great phone!
