Had to take it back to Apple store numerous times. It would bring up my contacts as unknown. It freezes and I have to keep shutting it off and on to reset. Apple claims it is not in the program. This phone is not worth the purchase! I purchased insurance but apple will not replace it. Get the XR

I text, bank, take pics, shop, use social media and make calls. With that being said, for me, this phone does nothing better/more than the iPhone 7 even though it cost about $300+ more. I'm extremely disappointed. It literally took me half a second to explore the new features on my $1000 phone!

Hopefully I’ll get used to it but as of right now not impressed. Without the home button it stinks. I like the thumb print recognition 10x better!
