Purchased this iPhone for my daughter. She loves it.

Good device works great good buy for Christmas!!!!

Still getting used to it but great phone over all.

The phone is good. There are a lot of new features.

I was excited to upgrade to the new iphone xs max but after a couple of weeks I wish I hadn’t. The camera was one of the main reasons for upgrading as my old iphone 6 plus camera took really bad photos but the new camera is just terrible. The colours are all over the show and skin tones in video mode are very orange, not what I was expecting! As for internet speed? Wow, what a drop in performance! This may have been caused with the software upgrade to ios12 but whatever is causing it has me totally frustrated. Overall, I am wishing I had purchased something else.

Good upgrade coming from iPhone 6 Plus, definitely

The phone is what you would expect from Apple, Innovation is behind Samsung. For a $1200 phone, I was surprised that it takes so long to charge and Apple won’t admit there is an issue. If you search Google, thousands of people are having the same problem.

For some weird reason this phone will not ring for phone or text So infuriating cause I have missed a lot of important calls and texts. Also doesn’t pick up internet when not home. Even when home. I’ve had to take internet off phone then reinstall. My husbands lower model does not have these problems. Geek squad can’t figure it out. Havent been able to get to an Apple store. Will have to try calling. I kept putting it off but have had it. Especially for the price of the phone

Had the phone for less than three weeks, bought the recommended Max Armor Edge Glass protector and the IPXS Max UA stash, had Best Buy install both and still have a cracked screen. I have had iPhone for 16 years first to every crack

The phone is beautiful but it’s just too big for my hands. I am a guy with average size hand but I cannot operate it with one hand too hard to hold it on the bottom and even reach my inbox at the top of the email window with my thumb

I probably did not do enough research before I bought the XR. I really miss the ability to rotate the phone and have the image go "landscape". The face recognition feature grew stale quickly and I find myself missing the home button.

Display looks on point Netflix binging is ideal esp with the speakers being surprisingly good quality but that said i experience random bugs here snd there and thats sour my experience and on the most expensive phone shouldnt exsist

Pretty good phone. Held up for the two years I've had it for now. Just wish the battery was better and the cell service was stronger.

First time IPhone user after years of Android. The only thing I love about this phone is the camera, it’s phenomenal, everything else, meh. $1500 for the phone is steep and still haven’t decided if I’m keeping it.

excited to use the large screen display and faceID for the very first time, given only 3 stars due to the issue observed with charging during standby mode and hoping this will be addressed soon with iOS 12.x

The phones are great but half of the calls I have made the last month have failed or don’t ring. I’ve spent 7 hours with “advanced” Verizon level tech support and still the problem persists to no end

I bought this phone about a week ago and notice right away that the wifi connections was really poor. I have the iPhone SE and it performs better than this 1300 phone. I called apple we and they had me do a few tests. I was advised to return the phone and get a new one. However, I'm still having the same issue. This issue is starting to pop up in many forums as well.

It's a good product but honestly, it's just another iPhone... Like the 5 before it.. only worth like 500 bucks at most and the camera does some weird fuzzyness that needs fixed asap.
