This phone is ok. Nothing special besides the visual look of the phone. I wish the phone was a little bit faster and also with the Bluetooth connectivity to find much faster.

Little bit to get used to it. Overall good. Dropped it with case on the back glass broke and they cant replace it wanted charge me for a new phone

Not enough phone for the price tag. Upgraded from iPhone X and cannot tell the difference other than the rediculous price

After the latest update it freezes and crashes often. I hate it. The widgets things have been around for a long time with Samsung. Lame

It’s ok....I don’t like the fact that it’s set to “Do Not Disturb”...I had to change it in settings. I also don’t like the fact that my photos didn’t transfer.

Since day 1 the battery has been weak, and the phone arrived slightly bent! I ordered a new phone from Best Buy and 3 weeks later, still haven’t received it!

Techs were unable to transfer my info and I either lost photos or they were ruined. Phone works like my old one... but without my important pics transferred!

I’ve own every iPhone since they came out and have never broken one. I dropped this one a single time with a case and screen shield on it and it shattered.

Prefer my old Android phone. Probably good for those who always have used Apple products.

Best Buy sent me an XS Max that evidently had been used or at least they knew it was having problems and put it back in box to sell to me. Upon initial power on, it went straight to the "RESTORE" message screen, which does not happen at "First" startup out of the box. Restore did not work as it has a board malfunction and cant receive data. Because I had waited 16 days to let my Pops open it up as his 75th birthday present, BB said they wouldn't do anything to help me, and they were out of stock nationally anyways. Which isn't true, they still have ATT "version" of this phone available (they sell one single phone for all carriers and just tape the correct carrier sim to box). Wasn't looking for a refund either, but a new replacement as I got a sale price that no longer exists. Apple Care is covering it, but my best option was to get a refurbished unit as replacement. Even though I bought a new phone that never once powered on correctly. Not blaming Apple, but rather Best Buy's response as they should have made the replacement. Their 14 return policy should not apply as they sold me a used item as new. . .

I was having some problems with the volume at first then problems with the speaker. But it has been working since..

I bought this phone from Best Buy and the sound was horrible when I made calls. I had to go to the apple store to have them fix the issue.

I’m still not happy with this model. Close everything that you’ve looked at. I had to reinstall most of my apps. I lost my games and banking.

iPhone 6 Plus worked much better for me. Not thrilled with this new phone. And way too expensive.

I love this iPhone, it really is amazing. I upgraded from the iPhone 7 and its such a nice change. This phone is faster and has an amazing screen. The Face ID is also really reliable and I was surprised when I found out that it worked at the night. The no home button didn't really take that long to get used to, for me only a few hours. I actually like the no home button because I can swipe from app to app really easily. Also, some people complain about the notch and I really don't mind it at all. I paired this phone up with the Apple leather case and a basic screen protector. So far, it is really nice. I got the apple leather case because it feels really nice. But, I really also like the gold finish so maybe in the future I will get a clear case as a backup.

make sure you get the extended warranted on this expensive phone is an upgrade from the 6 but i believe the Pixel is probably a better choice

iPhone is an iPhone seems they break once you have either paid for it or warranty goes out.
