I ended up returning this phone, was not happy with the quality of speakers.

In full honesty, there isn’t any HUGE changes that really WOW me. But you know, we buy the hype.

More perks but i hate the camera quality. Based on where you are the camera is sooo blurry

I have had this phone for over a year, one of the best phones I have every had.

Apple has been disappointing with the numerous problems. One more chance to make me happy.

I was hoping for better quality pictures, not sure I’m properly using the camera.

Not much of an upgrade and very expensive phone. It’s nice but not worth the price.

I'm normally an Apple fan but definitely not this time! Went from the X to the XS Max and had several issues with my unit! Connectivity issues, blue tint pretty bad, charge gate, etc. Took it back a d exchanged for the Note9 and have had NO issues at all, soooooo glad I switched! That's way to much $ for all the problems!!

I’m really liking this new phone. I talked a couple people into buying one too .

She has issues with the video aspect of the device. But overall good phone.

iPhone XS Max . It may have been in a warehouse for 2 years because upon opening the device the battery was DEAD. After charging it will only stay charged for 10 hours TOPS. That’s just sitting on a counter. If I actually use it it lasts for 8 hours . So only apple and Best Buy can repair . I was 15 min late for a repair appointment and the geek squad girl who was sitting on her rear refused to repair my phone . She then tells me to call apple for another appointment to get it repaired . I waited 2 weeks for the appointment I had . This phone is CRAP. Not happy at all and I can’t even get these people to repair it . Now it’s to late for me to return. Get the XR or iPhone 11 . Something has gone wrong with apple. Extremely disappointed

This model, the XS Max seems to have issues with speaker phone and connection. If you look it up on review you will find many users with the same problems. The phone itself is nice but too many problems with this model.

This is the one of the best phone and I like perfect camera and features.

I bought this phone for my birthday.. I went from note 8 to this.. I liked the camera and was getting the hang of having an iPhone.. but this phone for some reason it was taken 3 to 4 hrs to charge and the phone didn't get reception everywhere .so I returned it . I changed it twice same issue.

I actually liked my Iphone 6s plus phone better ❤️

I loved the size and speed but the X has an issue when in area's that have fringe reception... My co-workers with AT&T could Facetime when Verizon could hardly get a text out. I went back to my iPhone 7 and got better performance.

I had to return my phone 2 times and now it still drops calls, callers have difficulty hearing you on it, and many other issues with it. I have to make an appointment with the Apple Store after ATT technicians tests found the same major issues with it. Stick with the 8 or 7 iPhone.
