The phone is overrated， too expensive for the value

Apple lacks of innovation at its finest. With a 1200 dollars price tag there is no way this phone provides the value it should be. Purchased for giving as a birthday present to an apple fan. Just cannot recommend.

I’ve had iPhones for the last 10 years or so and NEVER cracked a screen. Had this iPhone for less than two weeks and the screen is cracked from some minor drop that didn’t even register as a possible problem for me till I saw the darn cracks!!! Ridiculous

This phone has an issue of not connecting sometimes.

I got my device maybe a week ago and am already beginning to see problems with it such as not turning on when clicking the side button, taking time to begin charging when connected and being irresponsive. It's a beautiful phone though, very sleek and elegant.

I've always enjoyed the Apple iPhone but I've NEVER liked the price. Apple pricing is out of control and signals who Apple believes their customer is.

Bought an iPhone XS Max at BB. It didn’t have the 512g that my previous phone had. After paying cash and having the tech dude tell me that it would sync with my home’s WiFi and all of the data from my old phone from iCloud, I went home and attempted to sync. Nothing happened. Incall d apple support and 3 tech guys attempted to have the phone connect. They finally told me to return the phone. I returned it but BB didn’t return my cash. I’m still waiting for the $1400 check.

I have purchased a new Apple iphone XS Max 64 GB-Gold on 09/10/20. It has been a month since then, and I have some experience of malfunctioning of this device. First of all, sometimes I experience right side big button is not working properly. I had to click three times to run the device again and so I could not make it black screen when I need to turn the light off in a quiet dark room. Secondly, touch screen has some issues. Third, I feel some lagging response while running multi tasking. I doubt that this is a new device but a refreshed. I want to hear from BestBuy about my issues.

Having a lot of problems with screen freezing and have to restart constantly. Everything is the same s iPhone X to me, can’t tell a difference in speed but at times this one is slower. I’m going back to iPhone X and returning this one.

I upgraded to the iPhone XS Max from the iPhone 7 Plus. Its quite the upgrade, the processor, RAM, and facial recognition make this phone much faster then my previous one. It took no time at all to adjust to having no home ‘button’ which I thought would take longer. The camera quality is amazing, and while technically having nearly the same specs as the iPhone 7 Plus, the picture quality is better for sure. I highly recommend this phone for anyone considering it. The extra viewing space with the bezels removed is great, and the phone itself is almost the same exact size as the previous Plus models(7, and 8 Plus). Sound quality on the speakers is far better then previous generations. The only drawbacks for me is how much more expensive this phone is from old plus models, paying the same monthly payment as my old phone but for a 6 month longer period. I also wish a 128gb size was available to offset some of that extra cost. I dont need 256 but had to get it because I did need more then 64gb. Otherwise, hands down the best phone ive had, feels extremely premium, very happy that Apple has integrated fast charging via USB-PD via USB-C to Lightning cable, but those accessories should be included standard in such a premium and expensive phone. I understand not including a wireless charger, but a 18W USB-PD charger and USB-C to lightning should definitely be in the box with this phone, not a 5W and regular lightning cable.

I’m having trouble connecting to the wi-fi and difficulties with connecting to my cellular data. This is a very expensive phone. I expect more quality from Apple.

After three trips to the local Best Buy. I had to spend 11 hours over four days on the phone with Sprint to get all the phone features to function properly

I switch from my old carrier to Att, however their service was terrible so I returned the phones I bought and canceled my account. Here it is a year later and I received a notice of collections claiming that att did not receive the phones back although the phones were purchased and return through Best Buy.

My wife loves Apple BUT she had to return the original phone after a month and the phone continues to power off at random times. Way too much money for an unreliable phone.

Good phone but couldn't get the color I wanted. Couldn't exchange because the color and storage I wanted wasn't in stock and I went past my exchange period. Stuck with this color and storage now.

Long story short, it’s another iPhone. I liked the bigger screen however I cannot get past the terrible notch. Ultimately I ended up with the note 9 and am happy with the switch.
