Never been an Apple fan but unfortunately had to switch from Samsung. Samsung is SO superior to Apple products. iPhone is a HUGE disappointment

This phone is way too expensive to be acting up. My messages doesn't send, pictures and apps won't download, and when I click on a button it doesn't work.

I’ve had Apple phones since they came out. I returned this phone to: (1) Best Buy (2) Apple store and (3) Best Buy plus several hours on the phone with Apple store. I finally had Apple replace the phone with a new Max. IT HAS THE SAME ISSUES as the first one. Keyboard is terrible, touch screen doesn’t correspond with keys (re-calibrated twice), dropped calls, screen half freezes, “jittery” screen (often) etc etc.

Its fine, more expected but I would go with samsung or older versions of iPhone models.... way overpriced....ended up switching back to iPhone 7

The phone is terrible with losing calls. I should have kept my iPhone 7, I thought this would be such an upgrade, but the service on it is really bad. The salesperson I bought the phone from was excellent. He had a lot of time to spend with me. He got my phone up and running. I am not happy with the phone itself.

The phone was fine horrible trying to get set up I had to get a new phone a month later just go to T-Mobile

I brought back my phone was dropping calls got a different xs max and same problem even worse signal took it back to get a Samsung instead they told me only one time exchange told you have to take it back to the Best Buy you bought it at ok drove an 1 1/2 hours and told the bridge has to ok it they told me to come back we close in 15 minutes I’m now stuck with a phone that doesn’t work only 6 days old

This is the best iPhone I’ve had. The battery life is amazing even if I’m on it all day long it’ll still have a big amount of percentage left on it. To me, I feel it chargers pretty quickly and I don’t feel the need to buy the faster charger. Even though it doesn’t come with the small cable for the headphones, it’s only $9 to get another one so I’m not complaining. The size of the screen is also great and the colors are vibrant on it. The camera is amazing as well and it takes great pictures of everything even in low lighting. I myself think it is worth the price. If you’re not picky about the small stuff like the adapter for earphones, or for it to be charged in two seconds, then you’ll love it as much as I do.

Now that I have my phone the website is saying I don’t have an account and won’t let me use me insurance

The iPhone is outstanding. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience for my fiancé and myself. This iPhone had to be replaced 4 times due to our account getting compromised. I can't necessarily address the problem on the iPhone but I would like to pin point it on the hacker. I hope this never happens to anyone.

I bought this Iphone as a present for my sister who lives in Turkey , I made sure to buy the unlocked version, I clearly remember asking at least 3 or 4 times . Now she cannot manage to use the iphone I bought, I would like refund. Unfortunately I will not be back to Los angeles till January 20 th tho, What would you recommend me to do ? Please help me out with the situation Happy new year

I have to wait and see the battery half life and see if updates will effect its function Like it did my old phone

Very slow even with strong wifi take 4ever to unlock with face ID. Will be returning it back to best buy

Not a big fan of this phone, freezes up and is constantly having issues

I have turned key click off and it still clicks. There is no difference between volume on media and phone and ads. The keyboard is archaic. I am use to an android phone with controls and a keyboard with punctuation and symbols available on the first page. You have to go 3 pages to get a # symbol. This is my first IPhone and my last one.

Not really a great device it’s too big and the covers out there for it all kinda suck.

Power button does not turn my phone off I basically purchased a faulty phone

Less than a month after purchase. The ear part speaker was dead. And apple had no clue what was wrong with it neither. Ended up getting replaced with replacement phone for it. Had value lost a month after I bought iPhone from best buy and my installment kept going for the phone

I had an 8plus iPhone that came up for an eligible upgrade so decided to get the 10 xs max and I’ve had so many problems since I got the new phone. I am so disappointed! I wish I would have kept my 8plus

The phone wouldnt activate our number after recieving it. Bought online as our store didnt have in stock as usual on most phones Ive attempted to buy locally. Were directed to go to ATT store because of COVID19 as they couldnt help us over the telephone to get it activated.
