Returned the phone months ago yet Best Buy didn't terminate the plan, so now being charged for a phone I don't have. Neither ATT nor Best Buy will take responsibility. Beware--these third party connections are a cluster if anything goes wrong.

Android is better had problems figuring out the way of iPhone

the unlocked version is misleading because my device is still unlocked despite paying in full and getting the factory unlocked version! silly me I bought 2 and the other 1 I sent to the Philippines which is now useless!! avery expensive phone that happens to be useless trash

The screen is bigger and better. The battery last at least an entire day and it's super quick. If you liked the iPhone X then this is the phone for you.

Cell Reception, Charging, Camera issues. Widespread

Repeated dropped calls. Never once had problem before. Verizon tested system with no issues found. Issues with internal antenna. Returned phone to store

The IPhone May be a good phone, but I wouldn’t know because the batttery charge doesn’t last more than 4 hrs. Will be bringing this back.

I'm not an apple fanboy or android fanboy however I will stay away from this phone. The notch is terrible and face unlock was unreliable. Combine that with the fact that it wouldn't charge properly No thanks

Not starting often itunes backup. Sim not supported error message after using it in another iPhone. Second XS MAX with the same issue. Could be a bad batch of phones as it relates to hardware.

I have had nothing but issues with this phone! Would not recommend to purchase. I keep going back in to get things fixed, & they work for about 2 weeks. Had the phone for 3months total.

This phone may be the worse by far from apple. It drops calls in my house more than any other device I have had which is sad. More updates need to be pushed to correct all the errors.

that's my first impression the screen is really beautiful, I won't dig much in specs and characteristics that's already well known, but I'll tell you what everyone who sees my phone always ask about, FACE ID, yes the most controversial topic about this phone, people just misjudge by preconception of what they don't know, for me face id is the fastest way to use my phone, I already forget about the home fingerprint button, this is just right, look at the phone and that's it, I got the phone since it came out and it never had issues, most people prefer don't use faceid thinking it makes the phone vulnerable well they are wrong, even if you close your eyes there is no way around to unlock your phone if you are not looking at it. With that said everything else is the same iphone experience like before, I notice the camera is a huge upgrade, it works flawlessly, I use professional cameras and iphone camera can do all the job for me correcting the picture on light and object distance, it really takes professional grade photos and save me a lot of time when I do photoshoot, it's a powerful machine in your pocket!

i was quoted delivery by 8/25, that never happened. i have been without a phone now for 8 days now, this is a major problem for doing business.

This phone was terrible! When I had LTE I would drop calls, calls would not go through, I would drop calls. The phone would freeze! Looked very nice but didn’t work well.

Everything you love about the iPhone only bigger and better. Snappy performance, exceptional build quality, smooth scrolling. iOS 12.1 runs like a dream, and the screen is downright jaw dropping. Camera has improved with great low light capabilities as well as an wonderful HDR setting that makes pictures pop.

Phone came with damaged lightning connector, but the Best Buy in Hickory, NC would not take it back even though it was returned in time.

Not a really big fan of this phone I have issues with messages and texts and it works when it wants neither apple or sprint have been big helps

This phone is outstanding. The 6.5 inch HDR OLED display is great, the camera is good, the speed and the performance is fast, the speakers sound good, the battery life is good, and the physical design of the phone is nice, etc. Overall, this phone is exceptional and I would recommend anyone that is in the market for a new phone to purchase this phone.
