Love the fact it has full screen display and like the Face ID.

Well, give it a 4.5 due to it’s connectivity issues & battery life, but it’s a darn good phone. If you had the iPhone X and want something bigger, get this phone. If you need a change from Android, get this phone. Good specs, great software, and really easy to use (gestures and all).

The phone is overly priced. FaceID is horrible and requires passcode very other day to access the FaceID. It is also heavy and the camera is mediocre. I don't recommend it at all. My iPhone 7 Plus was better and so was my iPhone 6. Seems like Apple iPhones get worse with each edition instead of better.

Got a great deal from my carrier and decided to upgrade from my iPhone 7. Oled screen is a great selling point and there are many more! I am very happy with my purchase!

I got this phone on release day. I bought the iPhone X s Max 512 gig. I’ve been an iPhone owner since the iPhone 4. So believe my I’ve owned and used many iPhones. Once they added Touch ID to the iPhone that was by far my favorite and most used feature in an iPhone ever. Now I didn’t own the iPhone X because I prefer a larger phone and it was to small for me, so this is my first time ever using Face ID and not having a finger print sensor anymore and I freaking hate it! Removing the finger print sensor makes me dislike this phone. I didn’t think it’d matter to me but it does enormously. Use to be so easy logging into my iPhone 8 Plus. And it never failed. Face ID fails for me at least 50% of the time. Don’t get me wrong thie rest of the phone is amazing to me. I love it but not having a finger print sensor ruins this phone to me. I’ll keep this phone for 2 years but if Apple doesn’t bring back some form of Touch ID in the future I think I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next phone. It’d be so easy to turn the apple logo on the back of the phone into a finger print scanner. And if it were I’d give this phone 5 stars. But getting rid of it makes me hate this phone. I did give it 3 stars cause the rest of the phone I love but bring it back apple or I’m done. Thank you.

I got this iPhone for Christmas and I can say that I am really impressed with the upgrades made since the 7plus. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Just upgrade to the new iPhone X’s max looks good feel good. Nice speaker sound. Had an issue with charging, but it was fixed with a software update.

Impressed with the battery. Can last 2 days without charging. i like the big screen. picture is sharp and phone is very fast. highly recommended.

Love apple phones. This phone lasted a long time and then I upgraded.

If you have money to blow and you dont plan on using the phone for much more than taking photos and videos; browsing the internet; or using it as a phone; this might be a great for you Problems I had are just that they didnt mention their new iphone body was just as fragile as the screen that will shatter inside an Otterbox case with fairly minimal abuse. Dont drop it at all without a case; nor from the top of a single story building of around 12 feet high if it is inside a case. The screen will cost you $300 to replace and like $600 if you want the casing cracks and holes to the inside workings of your phone filled up; looking like new. Next thing you know you've spent almost $2000 for a phone that cannot handle serious use. Expect the screen to constantly dim on you because the phone cant handle being at full brightness. When you are manipulating photos and video this become very annoying. There are so many interesting apps you can use that you will immediately learn just how heavy the phone is. Soon enough you will learn why it is better used as a phone than as a computer; yet those same cool apps are not available on a computer; leaving you wanting to continue; but your hands screaming for you to stop. Then you will start playing with such concepts as 3D touch; but come to find so many options available to use on the phone are not suggested to actually be used; according to Apple techs. So the real question is finally ready to be answered. Why are so many options given on a phone if they just make it more difficult to use? Since there is no home button; a great many things that you think you should be capable of doing on this phone without interference; become a real problem when parts of the screen once relying on buttons are there too. Ill stop there because my hands hurt. Its unfortunate the phone has such a problem with understanding voice. I want to use it; but I have to go back and correct errors so often that I find myself just typing. Ouch; I should have bought a computer instead.

I found the new iPhone XS max not to be that much different from my iPhone 7 Plus. I am having buyers remorse. I miss the home button. having a hard time getting used of that. But it does take great pictures. That’s why I’m giving it 3 Stars.

I was an iPhone user once but switched to android. Now I’m back. I like how smooth the operating system is. The phone has a nice screen and speakers sound great. Overall I like it. But compared to other phones I’ve used in the past year the build quality is crap. Mostly the seams of the glass. They just feel raised. Compared to any top Samsung device or even the essential phone from which I came you aren’t getting the same build quality. Which is sad considering the price. The camera seems ok but images are a bit soft and noisy. In the end it’s a good phone and in a year will hold its value better then any android phone so I’m ok with that.

It’s okay and it worked okay so I would recommend to buy
