This phone is still new to me. I am more and more pleased as I learn its features. The facial recognition is especially helpful.

It’s pretty expensive for a phone but I really like it. The camera isn’t as good as advertised. Still lags behind othe brands.

Great phone when given an upgrade option. As usual, apple has great features, however the price tag is difficult to swallow.

Its not that much different than the last one I had that was stolen. I didn't care about the color since you have to cover these little delicate devices or they will be ruined. Remember when you could get a new phone when you renewed your contract with Verizon? The salesperson Whitney was patronizing and rude on top of the fact that I had to shell out a lot of money so that didn't help!

Not as good of a phone as I thought it would be. The battery takes a considerable amount of time to recharge, even on the original charger. In addition, the life of the battery is much shorter than my last iPhone 7. My fiancé has the iPhone 11 Pro Max and her photographs are very noticeably better. Wish I could swap it out for the iPhone Pro Max but Best Buy is not allowing it to happen.

Nice phone working great so far. Only gripe is the usage of head phones compatible with lighting cable

Much better than my 6S works great so far. Hate the new headset plug but I have wireless so I don’t use the wired ones much.

My first iphone ever and its not bad. It does what i need it to do and just overall a simple phone. Only complaint is the price

This phone has great features but the limited choice of colors is disappointing. Would like to have more options on colors.

Camera better than iPhone 6 and the screen is a nice bigger size and the phone is beautiful since it’s an entire screen

Sound like a broken record but these cell companies have the market cornered and charge far too much for these things.

This is my first iPhone after many years with Samsung and honestly I don’t understand how apple attained their reputation. This phone occasionally studders and closes apps on me or doesn’t even succeed in opening them, but the worst thing is the screen becoming unresponsive at times. All in all it’s still a good phone, I just never had these kind of issues with any my previous phones.

Just got the phone, I'm still playing and learning. Have lots of fun with it, nice upgrade from my old one.

This phone everything you expect from an iPhone however I can’t help but fell the Xr is a better bang for your buck!

It literally just stopped working in 1.5 years. But it was a good phone

Pictures are clear and crisp. Features are great and the phone is easy to use..... so much better than my IPhone 6
