Good solid phone. Not worth the $1100 but solid build quality

I bought this for my cousin who lives overseas. She loves the color.

Phone is great.. Big screen, wireless charging, facial reconigtion.

Overall, it’s a good phone. I miss the battery percentages, however.

She loves her new iPhone. Does have great picture & sound.

Great phone I love it plus it was the best thing I have done

Phone looks nice but when it locks up you have to go thru the hub of hell to get it replaced. Phone was taken to geek squad for the problem. They explored and putting in a new screen even though the phone heats up drastically when the lockup occurs. One day later same problem . Into geek squad, they can not replicate problem say to come back when it acts up again. Back in the next day for a doctor appt and the phone locks up, into geek squad. They take phone and say a replacement is warranted, so apt for next day to get new phone. Back to geek squad who then has to go thru the whole diagnostic again , says they will replace but do not have the same phone(color) and will have to order, maybe a week and it will be in. Well we are still without this $1000+ phone and will have to wait. In defense of geek squad, they must follow Apple protocol but 7 trips back and forth (25 miles each way) is not a good way to build good will. Buyer beware of this phone.

It is a great phone, but with a few stutters. Amazing device.

This has nothing to do with Best Buy, but this phone is lacking in service like my old phone used to have. Also, upgrading early with verizon and going through best buy was a nightmare because I have had so much trouble sending my old phone in and having my account credited.
