I love this iPhone, it really is amazing. I upgraded from the iPhone 7 and its such a nice change. This phone is faster and has an amazing screen. The Face ID is also really reliable and I was surprised when I found out that it worked at the night. The no home button didn't really take that long to get used to, for me only a few hours. I actually like the no home button because I can swipe from app to app really easily. Also, some people complain about the notch and I really don't mind it at all. I paired this phone up with the Apple leather case and a basic screen protector. So far, it is really nice. I got the apple leather case because it feels really nice. But, I really also like the gold finish so maybe in the future I will get a clear case as a backup.

It's not a bad phone. I am just use to Samsung. To me this one doesn't compare. Slower, the picture quality is alright.

If you have iPhone X, keep using it and wait for the next iPhone. This one isn't worth the pricetag for the upgrade.

Great phone but overpriced !!! If the price goes any higher on the next new iphone I won’t be able to forward it.

Lovce the large screen, but the battery life is lacking, Sometimes with just normal use, I only egt about 6 hours.

The phone has many useful features. Not very user friendly especially if your switching from an Android.

I do not like the Max XS. It is not as user friendly as the 6S or 8. I wish I could return my phone for an 8-

I was talked in to this, previously a Samsung user, and quite frankly can not see the advantage.

Battery does not last as long as they claim. And yes I have the settings correct. Not worth 1000.00.

Love the phone, hate the lack of ease to transfer items from your old phone. Again big learning curve.

I ended up returning this phone, was not happy with the quality of speakers.

Apple has been disappointing with the numerous problems. One more chance to make me happy.

I was hoping for better quality pictures, not sure I’m properly using the camera.

I'm normally an Apple fan but definitely not this time! Went from the X to the XS Max and had several issues with my unit! Connectivity issues, blue tint pretty bad, charge gate, etc. Took it back a d exchanged for the Note9 and have had NO issues at all, soooooo glad I switched! That's way to much $ for all the problems!!

I’m really liking this new phone. I talked a couple people into buying one too .

She has issues with the video aspect of the device. But overall good phone.

This is the one of the best phone and I like perfect camera and features.
