    I bought this phone for my birthday.. I went from note 8 to this.. I liked the camera and was getting the hang of having an iPhone.. but this phone for some reason it was taken 3 to 4 hrs to charge and the phone didn't get reception everywhere .so I returned it . I changed it twice same issue.

    I loved the size and speed but the X has an issue when in area's that have fringe reception... My co-workers with AT&T could Facetime when Verizon could hardly get a text out. I went back to my iPhone 7 and got better performance.

    I’ve had iPhones for the last 10 years or so and NEVER cracked a screen. Had this iPhone for less than two weeks and the screen is cracked from some minor drop that didn’t even register as a possible problem for me till I saw the darn cracks!!! Ridiculous

    I got my device maybe a week ago and am already beginning to see problems with it such as not turning on when clicking the side button, taking time to begin charging when connected and being irresponsive. It's a beautiful phone though, very sleek and elegant.

    I've always enjoyed the Apple iPhone but I've NEVER liked the price. Apple pricing is out of control and signals who Apple believes their customer is.

    Bought an iPhone XS Max at BB. It didn’t have the 512g that my previous phone had. After paying cash and having the tech dude tell me that it would sync with my home’s WiFi and all of the data from my old phone from iCloud, I went home and attempted to sync. Nothing happened. Incall d apple support and 3 tech guys attempted to have the phone connect. They finally told me to return the phone. I returned it but BB didn’t return my cash. I’m still waiting for the $1400 check.

    I have purchased a new Apple iphone XS Max 64 GB-Gold on 09/10/20. It has been a month since then, and I have some experience of malfunctioning of this device. First of all, sometimes I experience right side big button is not working properly. I had to click three times to run the device again and so I could not make it black screen when I need to turn the light off in a quiet dark room. Secondly, touch screen has some issues. Third, I feel some lagging response while running multi tasking. I doubt that this is a new device but a refreshed. I want to hear from BestBuy about my issues.

    After three trips to the local Best Buy. I had to spend 11 hours over four days on the phone with Sprint to get all the phone features to function properly

    Good phone but couldn't get the color I wanted. Couldn't exchange because the color and storage I wanted wasn't in stock and I went past my exchange period. Stuck with this color and storage now.

    My wife loves Apple BUT she had to return the original phone after a month and the phone continues to power off at random times. Way too much money for an unreliable phone.

    Long story short, it’s another iPhone. I liked the bigger screen however I cannot get past the terrible notch. Ultimately I ended up with the note 9 and am happy with the switch.

    Its fine, more expected but I would go with samsung or older versions of iPhone models.... way overpriced....ended up switching back to iPhone 7

    The phone is terrible with losing calls. I should have kept my iPhone 7, I thought this would be such an upgrade, but the service on it is really bad. The salesperson I bought the phone from was excellent. He had a lot of time to spend with me. He got my phone up and running. I am not happy with the phone itself.

    The phone was fine horrible trying to get set up I had to get a new phone a month later just go to T-Mobile

    I brought back my phone was dropping calls got a different xs max and same problem even worse signal took it back to get a Samsung instead they told me only one time exchange told you have to take it back to the Best Buy you bought it at ok drove an 1 1/2 hours and told the bridge has to ok it they told me to come back we close in 15 minutes I’m now stuck with a phone that doesn’t work only 6 days old
