I upgraded from a 7 that I had had for 2 years. I absolutely love this phone!!! My favorite feature is the Qi charger! It makes charging so much easier!! The camera is also AMAZING!!!!!

I have had the iPhone XS Max for a few weeks now. I am a medium to heavy user, who uses the phone for a little of everything. I have found no faults and am pleased with the performance.

The phone is wonderful. Super easy to transfer all my stuff from old phone. The service from Best Buy store was horrible...zero stars for the store staff

If you were to ask me which iPhone X you should get, I would defiantly recommend the one that I have now, the XS Max! I love the big screen and love to be able to watch movies on it!

If you like iPhone & big screen. This is it. Only the price is not friendly.

I went from my iPhone 7 Plus which had a new battery but still was losing power fast. I can’t use my xs max all day on social media and still have at least 20% by the time I get home.

I had to upgrade and It was soooo easy to buy the phone online and pick it up in store!!! They even help me set the phone up. But I went from a 7plus to a max and I love it

I love this phone! So far the image quality is great and the phone itself feels prestige. It’s not too big but it’s a bit heavy. If you’re considering an upgrade you won’t regret it.

This is really good and big.I would totally recommend this to a friend.This is awesome and it’s totally a 5 star it’s face scanner is also very good and so nobody can open it beside you

I know that Apple is not as innovative as they used to be, but they still make a solid phone. Overall the performance is great and the form, fit and finish on this phone is exceptional.

As always apple knocked it out of the park with this . If you have owned the previous iPhone X you will see the improvements and if you haven’t you will learn it fast and be impressed .

My previous iPhone was the 6Plus so I was long overdue for an upgrade. I waited specifically for this model and have been impressed with the speed, functionality and improvement.

Bought for my husband he doesn’t require a lot of storage so was perfect for his needs. Wasn’t sure if he would like the no home button and he adapted easily!

Great battery and phone. It does what I needed if for. Cheaper than the newer iPhone. I needed a replacement and didn’t want to spend $1300 for a phone.

I come from an iPhone 7 Plus and I was worried about getting adjusted to the new Face ID and no home button. It did not take long at all. Great fast phone and the camera is impeccable.

I got the iPhone X when it came out and loved it but wished it was bigger because I always had the biggest iPhone available! This was a dream come true in every way possible!

Love this phone. The clarity is fantastic. Pictures are wonderful! Hardly ever use my laptop anymore. Has my IPhone 6s for almost 4 years so hoping this phone will do just as well!

Great big screen iPhone. I would recommend if you’re an iOS fan coming from a 6s/ 7 plus or a x user looking for more screen Real estate

This is my first iPhone! I absolutely love it! It is way more easy to use than I thought it would be. I have always had a Samsung, which I loved as well, but this is a nice change.

It’s a Little on the heavy side. It took some getting used to not having the home button but everything else is seamless and works great just like all my other Apple products
