This is by far the best phone I've ever had. It's so smooth and fluid. I'm coming from a galaxy 9+ I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a great phone that is fast and just works. Face ID is quick and easy.

I am very impressed with my iPhone XS max. I really like the face id function. The edge to edge display allows me to watch my Netflix shows on the my phone and leave my iPad mini 4 at home when traveling out of town.

I love the display and colors. The photos are great and are excellent even in fading light. This phone is huge which makes it easier on the eyes when reading. The only con is that the notch does bother me a bit.

This is by far the best iPhone I’ve ever owned. Picture quality is fantastic, color is gorgeous, and the the screen/phone size is perfect. Love everything about this phone and have no regrets with purchasing it. 10/10

I have always been a android user. How ever I loved that this phone was bigger than my previous Note that I had owned I am still learning how to use it as it is much different but so far seems to be a great phone

Everything about this phone screams luxury. Hold a great charge, camera is beyond amazing (especially portrait mode), and Face ID is a fabulous new feature that is so convenient and works on all angles of face!

It is a good product. Good price and a good quality.

I decided to take the leap and switch from android to apple and thought it would be difficult. I must say I dont know what took me so long. Apple is so much easier to navigate than android. I LOVE MY NEW PHONE!

This is a great phone. Camera is da bomb. Only thing I don’t love is not having an earphone jack.

Very very happy with this iPhone - Great for when you’re sitting around waiting for others and you want to play a game or watch a movie And it was easy to pick it up at Best Buy over the sprint store or Apple store

I switched from a 7 plus to this and honestly I don’t notice a difference. Just a little faster.

Good size phone, great quality camera and screen display, durable as well.

Overall the phone is much better than the older phones. However There are some features I wish they wouldn’t have removed like being able to turn over the camera from the front to rear camera while recording videos.

The no button feature had to get used to and the up swipe to bring back the open screens wasn’t easy Love the camera and large screen Playing music is great Need to have a feature to block unwanted emails

Love my new phone. Didn’t think I needed a replacement but I dropped it in the water and now this one is way better than my iPhone 6 they died of asphyxiation.

I have always been a loyal Samsung customer when it comes to phones. However, this time, I went the Apple route and am glad I did. Excellent capabilities and syncs well with my other Apple products.

Not sure it is worth the $1250 price tag but it is a solid phone. I just hope I don’t drop it...

Beat iPhone so far and since Best Buy had a good deal in it I decided to splurge. Although I do regret trading in My iPhone 6plus.. I only got 85 for it and I could have gone to apple store and gotten $200

Ok, had Iphone in 08, again in 2015- always went to android due to ability to do stuff. Apple hardware is great, be awesome if I could run android...anyway went this route for the apple watch. The iPhone flexibility is better than in 15, only major gripes are the alarm clock! be nice to start out soft then slowly increase volume. one other is the keyboard. why on earth can't apple put the number keys right on the main keypad
