My first time getting a iPhone and it's awesome. I went from a android to a iPhone and it's way better. So much different stuff on this iPhone. Plus the color on pictured is awesome. It is so worth buying

This is my first iPhone and I can't believe I waited this long to switch from an android. The price is higher than it should be but I'm trying to rationalize the price with how long I usually keep a phone.

I have always hated to upgrade to the latest technology for this product simply because I am completely satisfied with my 4 year old phone but I am amazed with all the available feature/s of the new one.

When you want the very best...you know where to go. The prices will be forever ridiculous and not rational but the lifelong payment plan works. Besides, I was able to keep my last phone through 4 generations.

This phone is the iPhone X on steroids! Camera is great, battery life excellent! The only concern I have had is wireless connection capabilities is definitely has a lower range! Other than that a great phone!

Have been an iPhone user since the 3Gs and have loved them ever since. I know people complain about the price, but if you’re not upgrading every year it’s definitely worth it to own something that will last.

Love my new phone! Still learning all the latest features. It was hard at first not using a "home" button, but I'm getting used to it now and using Face Id instead of a fingerprint. Price could be better.

Went from a 6S plus, so form factor is similar, still learning new features, but no complaints so far. Yes, it's a little price, but used the trade-in for old phone, and 12mo no interest with Best Buy.

i love this thing, its a huge step up from my Iphone 7 plus i had and i love the wirless charging because the iphone 7 plus i had was having a hard time charging due to the charger port starting to go out

Ok - I like my new iphone just not the price at $1K plus. My last phone was a 6S Plus - so all the new features and camera upgrades much easier to use - if you are an Apple person then worth the upgrade.

This was my first iPhone and let me tell you I loved it so much. Very easy to learn after using androids for years. Made me fall in love with iPhones.

WOW. I have been an ANDROID user for over 20 years. I must say--APPLE is hands down the leader in the industry! I like the IPhone so much better than my ANDROID. I am totally pleased with my upgrade!

Love my new XS Max. I’ve been an Apple fan for a long time and they just get better and better. I do have to admit that it has been an adjustment without a home key but I’m beginning to get used to it.

Had some issues with the phone in the beginning freeezing but update came out and it’s fixed

Bought an iPhone without a specific carrier, so I can use it on my country. They have to open the box, install a temporary chip and do some little work with the phone (no risks) and voila. Good purchase!

The iPhone XS Max is a good phone. I upgraded From the iPhone X and was happy with what I got. The camera is better and the picture is a little better. I was bummed out the video play back on it didn't use the full screen so it was like watching it out of my iPhone X. I'm sure there will be an update that will fix this issue but for right now the problem is still there. Best phone money can buy that's for sure.

Great iPhone, but patience is needed to learn new ways and unlearn old habits. Ease of learning operation of this new iphone is directly related to how well you knew and understood your previous iPhone.

It does the job well enough but is way too over priced.

The upgrade was really worth it. The extra GB is definitely a plus for a 4K camera quality. No compromise. Best phone If you are like me who likes taking a Lots of pictures and slow motion videos.
