I upgraded from the X and the verdict is still out in this one. It doesn’t have too many major upgrades and I have been having more technical issues with this one. Idk, almost makes me feel like I should’ve kept the X. The X max definitely has some making up to do but all in all, I love my iPhones!

The phone is amazing. Fast, thin and handy. Great capacity and camera has many features that you can't find in conventional cameras.

Since I knew what I wanted, the process was easy. Only difficulty came when it was taking so long to transfer info from one phone to the next. Said I could finish it at home but that was not easy and I had to call for help. Other than that, we always shop at Best Buy.

Apple never disappoints when it come to technology. I’m happy with the XS Max and hope to use it for many years like my iPhone 7
