    I upgraded to this phone from an iPhone 8 Plus. I felt this was a big change and was on the verge of returning it for the first few days. My husband convinced me to give it a few days to get used to. I’m glad I listened to him because I absolutely love this phone. The camera on it is excellent! (Better than iPhone 8 Plus)

    I recently upgraded a family member's phone through BestBuy. Normally I do this at the carrier store location in the mall. Doing this at BestBuy was easy and convenient. The phone cost and selection was same as at carrier store. Happy with the new phone. The picture quality is a big improvement over the older model we owned.

    Iphone XS Max is the most powerful and strongest phone made by apple with gorgeous design and best in class camera. Surgical-grade stainless steel band, the glass back, big OLED display makes this phone stand out from the previous apple phones. I got this iphone from best buy and they made the buying experience worthwhile.

    I am coming from a 8 Plus, so the size is not a concern. I really do like the extra screen space, and that you can pull the dashboard down from the top corner. My only gripe (not sure if it’s iOS 12 or the phone), but I can no longer see if my alarm is set. There used to be a little icon at the top and i no longer get that.
