I was nervous about spending this much on a phone but after having it for a couple of weeks I just love it. It's fast and easy to use. I am not a tech person what so ever and it was really easy to get used to the new format. Highly recommended.

This iPhone is much quicker than my previous iPhone 6 Plus. Maybe my battery was getting old, but the difference is remarkable. This is a very expensive phone but if held for a period of years, the additional cost per year is worth the expense.

Look, I buy it because the people in my family are all about the Apple iPhone. Or rather, they buy it and I get all those beautiful Best Buy points on my reward zone. But anyway... It's an iPhone. It's gold. It's got 256 GB of memory. Um... oh, and it's got no more button. Yep, the button done gone away. Now it's all hand gestures and finger holding on the screen. I'm not sure why, but, hey, I'm not an Apple guy. So... I leave that to the other people to figure out.

Everything about this phone is amazing! I can’t get enough of it. The swipe up motion was the best invention. It makes it so easy to multitask. My phone has been my go to for all Christmas my shopping online. Don’t second guess it! Best purchase

This was an upgrade from an iphone 7 plus and I love the camera and screen etc. Seems to be much faster than my 7 Plus.

The transition was easier than I thought to the IPhone XS Max coming from the recent iPhone models that use the home button. The Best Buy mobile guy Jay showed me about 4-5 tricks of this new phone which allowed me to navigate it pretty easy!

Camera is the best. Bigger screen.... nothing changed much. Sometime it will reset but I think it has to do with updates.

Phone has been amazing since I got it and still going strong. Resolution of the screen is excellent. Nice size for watching movies and other media. The lack of home button now is a huge plus.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus and I don’t regret it. Well worth it. Premium through and through. The screen really is nice and the audio is amazing.

Product received in good shape and on time.. as usual Best Buy services are really good and have the best offers. Coming to the iphone, XS MAX features are really awesome and you can click nice photos..

My only complaint about this phone is that I waited too long to get it. Owning the iPhone X was a good thing. I have no complaints. But this XS Max is so much better. I love the size and feel of this phone so much better. Highly recommend!

Upgraded from a 6S plus. The battery life is good. Lasts all day and then some. The facial recognition takes getting use to. Wife prefers the fingerprint recognition but I think as time goes by and she gets use to it, it won’t matter.

Of course its an expensive phone. But coming from an iPhone 7 Plus to this was a big step. I like that its the same size, just about, and the notch and Face ID isnt awful to get used to. The screen size is great if you consume a lot of content!

The phone it self is awesome! Enjoying the bigger screen and the overall size. I was concerned coming from the regular X that it would be too big in my pocket like the older plus but it’s much smaller and feels just right. My only complaint is iOS 12. The upgrade is causing Bluetooth quality issues when playing music in my X5. The quality cuts in and out. I thought 12.1 would fix the issue but it has not been addressed. Having to use the hardwire on a $1,200 phone is unacceptable.

I enjoy using my iPhone XS max to its limits. I love the beautiful large screen. I got one with a lot of memory in it to save a lot of pictures. I highly recommend this phone to those that want an iPhone.

I went from an X to a Max and glad I did. It great in every way! I know a lot of people want something completely different but I loved the X and now that it’s bigger makes a world of difference. If you’re on the fence just do it!

I must admit it took some time to adjust to this phone because of not having a home button. However it’s easy to look up topics when I’m confused. Look the face recognition features especially for remembering passwords! So far I’m in love!

I laughed at my friends that had the plus sizes until o had a 6plus. I shifted to the X when it came out and immediately missed the bigger size. This size is perfect - I can see everything easily and no need to carry a mini!!! Love it

I love my Apple iPhone XS Max 256GB phone. it works great and I am sold on Apple iPhones over the previous other brand phones I have had in the past.

I was contemplating between this and the iPhone XR. The XR is wider, the XS Max is longer though. I like that you can use this phone with one hand like my X. It met my expectations.
