I’ve owned an iPhone since they first came out. This is by far the best. After holding on to a 6s Plus for 3 + years this was definitely worth upgrading to. If you have a 7 or newer maybe not so much unless you want it for the bigger screen.

Was a little apprehensive at first about getting this phone. I had the iPhone X and was thinking of going to the iPhone 8 Plus. I missed the home button and finger print scanner. But this phone is amazing. The camera quality is also amazing.

Functionality is awesome. Good quality from Apple as usual and not at all at bad price point. Works as stated and a year later I'm still learning it's capabilities. I love the size and I was skeptical at first of the color, The only con I would say is I had an issue with my previous apple phone that I couldn't wait on the newest model to be released. If you've only used a droid then this would be a great treat to experience. I recommend trying it. Like with anything new it may take bit getting use to the operation system, but after that loads of fun(in my opinion), Excellent pictures, videos and Emoji's, Great features over all.

I have an iPhone no other reason to link all my apple products! For the price if I didn’t have so many apple products I wouldn’t buy an IPhone.

The best iPhone since the iPhone 4 & 5 in my opinion build wise and the camera. The only thing lacking here is probably features in iOS 12 but the phone itself is very capable and future proof especially with the gigabit LTE capability.

Thought I would have some problems getting use to no button. Nope, it was not a problem at all. Hefty price, but worth it if it will last me 6 years like my previous iPhone.

Had the X and was fully satisfied but size was always odd to me (came from 7 Plus). Upgraded to XS Max and now have no complaints. Works with crashes, fast and efficient with games and apps, and looks pretty. Ideal smart phone for me.

This phone has beautiful finishes, feels nice in the hand. The phone is fast and has been reliable. Facial ID works flawlessly. Screen is easily readable. I wish there was Apple Pencil recognition. I knew this prior to purchase, however.

Very expensive but You get what You pay for. The Best. Apple World is Totally Connected. We just switched from SAMSUNG. We were very loyal and happy but iWatch 4 beat Samsung so We got Everything Apple now. Very Happy Customer.

I had recently switched over to the note 9 from a 6s plus and wasn’t happy with it. I exchanged it for the new X max plus and love it. Simple to use and the camera takes great photos. The operating system is fast and no issues so far.

Up graded from an 8+. The difference is immense. Use this phone as my only number. Sufficient apps are available to make this phone all I need to have for banking and bill paying. Also love the way it ties to my Mac laptop.

I really love the new camera on the Xs max. The setup was super simple with holding my old phone to the new phone, once I was able to get my apple account straightened out. And the price is way more reasonable than the 10X.

I upgraded from 6s plus to this and I’m happy with it. Love the screen and the no home button

Great phone for the aging population (larger text is very important). Better response time due to the faster processor. I'm very happy with the phone. Best buy had an excellent deal on this phone.

Great new phone. Interface and touch seem much improved since 7. Went with the Max this time for added screen size. Apprehensive at first since didn’t want a lot of extra bulk in my pockets but virtually no difference.

Every year Apple claims to have better camera in all their iPhones. Camera in all phones haven’t been great and bad quality, until this one. Omg. This has definitely made me love my iPhone! So glad I upgraded! Best one thus far!

I have had this phone about a week and so far I am quite pleased with it. I am still discovering all the things that it can do - it is quite a "step up" from the iPhone 7 that I had previously. I would recommend this phone.

This phone is a great investment because it will serve its’ purpose for the next five years! My previous phone before this one was the iPhone 5 and it was amazing! This phone will help me take great pictures at work and at home.

Great phone. Microphone camera and speakers are the best. Picture is great. The phone is exspensive however.

Face Id is great. No home button but quickly adjusted and dont miss the home button at all. Camera is great
