I believe this is the best iPhone yet. With that being said, if you have the iPhone X, I would not upgrade unless you want the bigger Xs Max or the gold color.

I would definitely not recommend this product to someone who is not responsible with their electronics. But would 10/10 recommend this to someone who is responsible with their electronics. Very user friendly, great photo quality, and the “Face ID” for remembering your login information is a very usual feature. The summary of this product is that it’s not good for your younger child or early teenager. Very good all around though!

Yes, it was pricey, but this is the best iPhone that I have ever owned - love the size and design. Great build quality and operation and just work as it should. To me it is the standard of phones.

Need sometime to get use to the new way to close things but once you get use to that you will be all set.. great phone use it every day Love the extra storage because i have everything on here

I really like this phone. It took a little getting use to coming from an older apple, so spend 30 minutes on apple site showing you how to do all the things you did with your old apple. Camera is great as well.

I bought this as an upgrade to my eight plus and the battery life difference is amazing. It feels like a modern phone even today at the eve of the release of the 12. I’m a fan!

I had a iPhone 7and was happy with it until my son bought he XS Max and the picture quality was amazing. I found this XS Max on sale on Best Buy and bought right away. Love it.

The phone is beautiful! The screen is huge. Easy to maneuver.

I Love my new IPhone XS Max! It’s everything that I thought it would be and more. The face recognition make signing in to my favorite sites a Brees! Go Saints!

As you would expect from Apple smith fluid phone. Great screen. Great camera. All the bells and whistles. And apple has improved the speed of the Face ID. If you blink you may miss it opening cause it’s that fast.

Face ID is awesome. Call quality, video quality and reception is all improved over previous iPhones. The Max ads nice screen size without much extra bulk.

Been using this phone for over two years and it’s going strong. Don’t plan on upgrading until it breaks. Easy to use as every other iPhone and the screen size is perfect.

Absolutely love this phone. Love the picture quality it takes in all features. It did take me a few days to get used to no home button and actually turning it on and screen shotting. Worth the money though.

Love this phone! I thought it would be too big but actually works great and I do you a pop ups socket on the back for holding it. Just makes it easier when I’m tired!

Definitely took a bit to get use to not having the home button but it’s nice having a full screen and especially at this size. It won’t be for everyone but those who want this in particular won’t be disappointed

I had this phone when it came out and just got a new one in 2021 and this phone is really good it never messed up or anything not to big fits good in your pocket

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the iPhone XS Max. I previously had an iPhone 7 Plus so I was useful to having a bigger phone. It didn’t take me long to get adjusted to the XS Max and I love everything about it!

I upgraded from iPhone 7 Plus to this phone. I originally planned to just get an iPhone XS, but opted for the max because I’m used to the larger screen. I am SO GLAD I got this phone! I love everything about it!

Apple did a great job. I liked the iPhone X but it was kind of small for my hands. The size and feel of this phone is perfect. Great for me! Don’t see how Apple can improve. It don’t see a need to upgrade again.
