Excellent new power tools the depth control seems to be a break through dual camera system are so good for a beginner.The price ,the size and all the features make it a great IPhone to handle .

This phone has exceeded my expectations. I really enjoy the expanded screen size. I do wish they would come with a new set up or different features. Only a small complaint on a fantastic phone.

I was skeptical about buying such an expensive phone. But I liked using it from day one. And each day I learn something new. I’ve already talked several family members into purchasing the iPhone X

I went from a 7 plus to the XS Max. I debated for a while trying to decide between the XR and the XS Max. Even though the XR is nice, the XS Max won me over. I am very satisfied with my choice.

Great phone very fast and it’s so big and works good

It’s been an easy transition to this new device. Love the new features it has. There’s a few days of getting used to not having a home button. There’s lots of new stuff to learn about this phone.

Similar to my last model. The full screen is great! Had to get used to no home button.

If asked to describe this phone in a few words it would be, super cool and futuristic, very expensive. The phone is awesome, it’s smooth and it runs great, however I am still shook on the price.

I upgraded from the iPhone X to the XS Max because of the battery life upgrade and screen size increase. I'm on my phone a lot for business, and the screen size increase makes a dramatic difference. I also upgraded from the 64GB model of iPhone X and that also has helped as I was always running out of storage. Very impressed with the craftsmanship of this device, and also the fact that an official battery case from Apple was released. I was on a business trip and used my new phone as a hotspot for 3 hours in an airport, all day at a tradeshow, and was still at 80% charge with the battery case on there. It was nuts as my iPhone X would have needed two charges with that same usage.

went from 7plus to XS MAX and am loving it, it took some getting used to with no home button but well worth it. The face ID is one of my fav. features and is very accurate!

My wife received the new phone on launch day, and although I am an Android user this phone is uniquely beautiful. The OS still leaves something to be desired, but as a phone and camera it is an A+.

I upgraded from a 6+ to the Xs Max. I did not think there was going to be such a difference. The improvement in speed and functionality was dramatic. I just cant believe I spent $1200 on a phone.

Daughter upgraded to this phone last week and I'm completely jealous. I put it next to my 8 plus and the resolution and increase in screen size puts mine to shame. Looking Forward to the upgrade.

I went from having an IPhone 8 Plus to this phone and I love the new one. I saw a huge difference in camera quality. It took a couple days to get used to no home button but now it’s like nothing.

This phone is on of the best phones I have purchased. The quality of the pictures, the clarity on a call and the data storage are all great.

I have gotten this phone for my husband for Christmas but of course it has to be opened before then. The screen on the phone is so clear no wonder I can not get him to stop watching movies on it

This phone is the best of the best! Face recognition seem to work well. Everything works fast with a good quality. I have not figured how to get the face recognition to work with y banking yet.

This is the best iPhone yet. I upgraded from the 8 and I decided to go with the larger one this time, I wasn’t sure if it would be too big, but it isn’t, I’m glad I went with the Max

In short, I've owned Apple iPhones since day one and have always eagerly awaited the next-gen advances made from one model year to the next. I've used Apple products since the early '90s, and have enjoyed unparalleled success as a commercial artist and a professional soundtrack composer in no small part thanks to Apple's excellent products. Other than Macs, which are always custom-built……to the hilt, I pretty much buy everything else from Best Buy. Best salespeople, best support!
