Apple makes great phones. I love my phone BUT the battery really needs to be upgraded for longer use. In addition I have not updated to the iphone12 because I don’t see any difference in usability or features to make me change. This phone has great camera too. I wish Apple would create the 2 sided phone.

I got this for my husband once he got sick of using his note 8 for a year. Samsung's great but we both hate Android so he went back to iOS. The phone looks amazing. Much heavier than I thought. Only thing I dislike is that Apple is cutting their costs by not including the headjack adapter, etc. At least you got your moneys worth with Samsung regarding accessories. What a shame.

A great iPhone, it has a nice large screen--is a bit heavy in the hand though.

I love the new iPhone and the Face ID, I’m on my 6th or 7th iPhone so I had really grown accustomed to that home button, but I like just swiping up and unlocking the phone. The only knock I really have on it is that I tend to take a lot of accidental home screen photos because of how Apple changed the function of the side buttons. This Xs Max still gets 5 stars from me though.

My mother has never had an iPhone before and she instantly loved this phone (going from an older Samsung model). At first she was having a hard time getting used to having no hard-Press buttons to navigate through the phone but after a day she got the hang of it and she enjoys using all of the features this iphone has to offer. She was especially impressed with the camera quality.
