It’s a great iPhone which gets better with each iteration. No issues since I have owned it. I recommend it but if you have waited till now, wait another month for the next version. The main negative is the cost but I assume other similar products are not that much cheaper...

I purchased this phone because I wanted the bigger screen and I use video and camera for my work. I had the X and loved it. Moving into the Max has been an easy transition and even though a small upgrade the screen size and battery life were worth it. Totally a personally preference.

Upgraded from the iPhone 6s and couldn't be happier. The screen resolution and camera are amazing. For the price, it should come with the fast charger.

From an iPhone 6 Plus, I went to an iPhone X but always felt it was on the smaller side. Enter the iPhone Xs Max - it seems my problem is solved. So far so good! Purchasing at BB was easy on Day 1. It was quick and painless.

If you want the best, this is it! Especially if you watch videos on your phone often, this screen is your best option. The XR looks really good too at a much better price point. I actually went in the store to get the XR, but made the mistake of comparing the XR and XS side by side.

Going from my old iPhone 6S, well of course this is much better much advance, and kind of tricky but I will get the hang of it. Lots of memory space vs my old one. Happy with my new iPhone.

Glad I waited to get this during the Holiday were I did save myself $150.00 off the retail price for the phone. It was a pleasant surprise but still would have purchased without discount. Great phone that is worth every penny and have had 0 issues with it since I bought it in December.

I purchased the IPhone XS Max and Immediatly fell in Love with the feautures that my old phone did not have; but the price was a little too much.

I have been a loyal android customer for years. I was a little sceptical about jumping over to Apple. I decided to finally do it and I am glad I did. The battery life is amazing and the phone is just the right size to be able to not always have to carry a laptop with me. I love the phone.

This feels like a nice phone. It functions well but a few apps seem to be glitchy. The Face ID works well most of the time, but can be slow on occasion. I expected the “ max” version to be a little bigger than my old 6s plus but the overall size is identical. Just the screen is larger.

I couldn’t pass up purchasing the XS Max after the price reduction when the iphone 11 was out for a while. This is a great quality phone. Feels like quality the second you hold it and the picture quality is phenomenal! Very happy with my purchase.

This iPhone XS Max is a great phone. It is just the right size and it looks good too. Glad Best Buy had this one and the x model side by side to compare them with out being pressured into buying. So far have not had any issues with the phone. Thanks for having it in stock. Bb.

After having a failed Samsung with Microsoft os and two Android phones which had quality failures I had iPhones 5s. 6. 7 Plus. 8 Plus. The quality of all my iPhones was great. I enjoyed using all of them. And this one is also very satisfactory.

The phone is big but not too big. Great screen. It is fast and the face recognition is much faster than the old X. Above all the camera is the best cell phone camera around. I compared it with other phone cameras including the pixel and the old X and the picture is noticeably superior.

At first I was kinda of hesitate in buying the IPhone XS Max but now I actually enjoy using it and like it way better than the IPhone 8 Plus. I don't have to worry about using the fingerprint id anymore. It's a little slow to setup but you have to make sure you are on Wifi though.

I upgraded from the iPhone 6s Plus and what an upgrade it is!!!! The screen is amazing, the speakers are loud and clear, the camera blows me away. If you have an older device this is a no brainer, especially if you are coming from a Plus sized device. The white/silver looks great too!

Apple always does a great job with there iPhones. Just wish they would make it look different. Also very pricey. But still always have good luck

The iPhone XS Max is a great improvement over the earlier versions. It has many features that you didn't have on the old ones and it makes things a lot easier to manage and the facial recognition is a great tool for unlocking your phone.

This upgrade was the easiest transition into a new phone was the easiest I’ve had since owning a cell phone. No more re-downloading apps!

I love my new iPhone. I thought that switching over from my old 6S would be hard, however the folks at Best Buy made it so simple. The new phone is so much more easy to work and I love the face recognition. It’s nice to have a larger screen also. I highly recommend this phone.
