I miss the home button and the swiping feature doesn't work well. Great screen.

After years of contemplating, I finally took the plunge and switched form Galaxy to Apple. Was it worth it? Yes and no. There are some simple tasks that I cannot seem to figure out with the iPhone, but there are many other features that it adds that Samsung was lacking. Face ID is the one that stands out the most. Overall, I find these platforms to be fairly even, and I recommend it to current Apple or other Android users. But it definitely isn't the end all be all.

I'm learning every day more incredible things the more I learn to used the more I realize there is still so much more still to learn I love I could never get tired of using it. The phone has made so many things easier for me. Great phone

By far, the best phone I have owned to date. Have always had iPhones, but I did try Samsung S7 & S8, and also Google Pixel 3 before purchasing Xs Max. Having the larger screen size without the bezels makes the experience much better, would have been 5 star review but Siri and voice recognition is still far behind Google. Still a great phone, which I can use Google AI on iPhone.

Bought it under the BOGO from AT&T....My most favorite iPhone ever! I thought it would be redundant but boy was I wrong! The features and fluidity of the phone makes so exciting to use daily! Couldn’t be more happy with the purchase!

Traded in a Samsung. I will say you can do more with the Samsung than the Apple. But I kept it because of the watch.

best phone ever super quality, never broken with the silicon cover even dropped by accidents. I do not use the screen protector but the screen still good after one year only small scotches

Purchased the new phone and have not been disappointed. the photo is about the same size as the Iphone 6, but photos are alot sharper, still getting used to moving between apps. But overall very impressed with the quality of the product.

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus and it truly feels like a leap towards the future. I love the full edge to edge display of the Xs Max and the fact that it is smaller than my 7 Plus.

My daughter has been nagging me to get her this phone from the minute she heard of it. We are now both in love with the quality of the pictures and videos, such an excellent camera. Apple has truly outdone themselves with this phone.

You can never go wrong with apple product. The only brand wanna invest my money... I had iPhone 6 plus and I just got tired of using it in a long time. I dont want to let go of it coz it still works great but just needed an upgrade.

I have been pleased with the IPhones I have purchased from Best Buy. Wasn’t planning on upgrading so soon, but my Son convinced me!! Greatest decision ever! Great camera with great editing capabilities, security, & speed!!

This phone is a beast of a phone. I haven’t really immersed myself in everything it has to offer, but for what I’ve experienced so far and how it feels, I’m giving it a very well deserved five star rating. I’m loving my new IPhone.

I am a big fan of the XS max I know it’s a generation behind but the phone is an absolute beast. Plus it’s priced more then half off of its original price. Don’t hesitate if you are thinking about it.

Phone is truly amazing. Screen is incredible and I can notice the additional screen size versus the 7 Plus. Only downside is it is a little heavy. Because of the steel border on the sides, I am going to try winging it without a case.

I like the size being a little larger. It isn’t heavy. I’ve had problems with the battery not lasting as long

Got this phone for my dad. He switched from android to iOS and it seems easier for him to use since he is older

I used iphone X before and changed to XS MAX. I prefer this phone because this has a nice screen size. speed also really good. but face recognition speed I don't see any difference. I recommend this phone who loves big screen phones.

I’ve always been an android person this is my first iPhone and I love it. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a better phone then the one they have if they plan on keeping it for a long time with out being disappointed.
