Purchased for my wife to upgrade from her 7 series...night and day. Such a superior phone. She loves it!

The only problem is the button to take a picture that freeze at times. Picture quality is good

Upgraded from an old iPhone 5 to XsMax 256 and Wow. what will I do with all that space, photos, videos, music hurray. enjoying it . It does run a bit hot so a definite cover is a must. there are so many cool ones out there.

I like the full screen coverage, but really miss fingerprint ID which was so useful for my needs. I like the added storage, as I have a ton of songs, but could actually use a full TB. The main reason I switched was that my AT&T iPhone 7+ was getting terrible reception, which made doing my job more difficult. So far Verizon seems to have better coverage.

Very simple product after getting used to home button being gone. Nice large screen is very easy to see.

I’m not the person who goes out and buys a new iPhone every year but when I see one I like I will buy it. Upgraded from an iPhone 6plus so the max far exceeds my expectations. Pricey but if you have the extra money get it.

The back camera is amazing but the front camera seems to be a little distorted besides in the camera app

My wife recently upgraded to a XS MAX from an iPhone 7 and she couldn't be happier. She loves the big display! Haven't used the camera that much though so she can't speak to that. But overall she is extremely pleased.

This phone was an upgrade from a 7s, and I love it! I’ve had it only a week and I’m still learning all the features. The salesperson at Best Buy, James, was beyond helpful in getting my settings and apps transferred.

First time had a phone this large. I enjoy the size. Having some reception issues... Guess we will see.

ALL my music, works great with Fitbit, I can use more than one app when on the phone. and I can get other devices to work with it easily. YES, its pricy but does what I wanted it to do, with lots of memory left over

I have always been an iPhone user because of how much I like the interface. The XS is no exception. It has the same feel of the previous ones that I love with the addition of some upgrades. Highly recommend!

XR is probably a better option since it’s way cheaper, but overall a good phone.

I switched to this phone from a Samsung Note8. And I like it much better. I hope that apple isn’t like Samsung it seems like once a Samsung is a year old they do updates that kill your battery and service.

I surprised my children with these phones as a Christmas present. They had no idea they were getting them and was very happy. My 17 yr said he missed the home button but by the end of the day he was in love with it!!

Pretty good when taking pictures or videos. Easy to operate if you are not a new iPhone user.
