with the iPhone max... the screen has a very warm color tint... while the 2017 iPhone X.. had a blue tint to it. i am okay with the warm color screen.. but this release is too much yellow on the screen. Also there is a stutter on video playback if your watching videos on the iPhone max. To avoid the stutter lag on the videos you have to turn off true tone. also if you don't like the yellowish tint on the screen, you have to play around the settings display.

The quality of the phone is great. The Dolby vision and HDR are of great quality and really immersed me as I watched movies on it while on my Cruz. This phone really takes great pictures as well. I took a lot of pictures while out on the Cruz and they all look life like. This is truly a great phone.

I WAS RELUCTANT TO GO BACK TO THE IPHONE AFTER BGOING TO ANDROID. BUT I'M GLAD I DID. ASIDE FROM SOME WIFI ISSUES, THIS PHONE MADE ME REALIZE SOME OF THE ANGST I HAD WITH THE SAMSUNG S9 PLUS I HAD. (TEXTING, SOFTWARE UPDATES). THE BUILD AND QUALITY IS TOP NOTCH TO ME. REMINDS ME OF THE VERY 1ST IPHONE

Having pretty much everything Apple in our home I decided to purchase my first IPhone. There are some things I miss about an android phone but I really like the fact that everything on this phone works so smoothly. Apps just seem a little more polished on iOS.

You either love the products or you think they're over priced for what you get. Bought this as a gift and the receiver loved it. I don't recommend apple products myself to others due to my own sense of value, but there's nothing wrong with this large friendly easy to use phone if money is no object.

I had this phone for exactly one week then returned it for the 11 pro Max. For the price you might as well make the jump to the 11.

This iPhone is the fastest phone I have ever used. The screen is big and beautiful and looks amazing while watching video and editing photos. I am also very impressed by the camera and processing functions as well. 5 stars, all the way!

Really nice phone. I got it on sale because I needed a new phone it has a great camera and getting used to having no home button happens in 20 minutes.

I purchased this iPhone as an upgrade for my 14 year old son. So far, he loves the features that it has, especially the increased screen size on the XS Max

Bought this for my son for his birthday. It’s his first phone and he was beyond excited. He loves the phone! The staff at Best Buy were so helpful and patient with me. Best customer service ever! I will never go to Verizon store for a phone again. Always Best Buy now!

I’ve never swayed in having an iPhone since the first edition. There are things that I have to used to since it’s been a few years since I upgraded. But that’s on me to learn. I do have to say I don’t like not having a home button and I don’t like face recognition. (It creeps me out). :)

I upgraded from an iPhone X to the iPhone Xs Max and I love it! The bigger screen is perfect for looking at videos, playing games, using maps, texting and emailing. The camera is amazing! The weight of the phone is just right. It fits nicely into the pockets in my purses, even with the case on it.

Great phone with great features! Do however think you should carry a better inventory. I wanted silver but settled in gold since you were out of stock.

The phone was for my daughter as she and my other 2 kids are Apple fans. I myself am a Samsung fan. She really wanted a Google Pixel but had to settle for an iPhone, because the Google phone isn't carried by At&t. I think she'll happy with her phone but still thinks about the Pixel. Oh well.

Loved this phone when I first got it. After a while the battery started running hot, especially when using a wireless charger. Before I upgraded, this was one of the most noticeable “slow-downs” in iOS updates I had seen.

My teenage son had a older iPhone 6 Plus so this phone was the perfect upgrade because the phone Sizes were the same. He loves it.

Love my new iPhone X’s Max very fast easy to use once you get used to not having a home button. My only complaint is the price it’s not worth what I paid.

I do not need to explain how good this iPhone is. However, I am very excited about AT&T’s unlimited data plan that I chose for service with this phone! $80 overall for unlimited data and free HBO along with much more entertainent choices to be streamed in HD! Very happy with my purchase!

The phone is awesome. I upgraded from an iPhone 6. It's so fast! Pictures are spectacular. I love it. But you can see and try them out anywhere. The experience of buying at Best Buy is what counts the most. The people were great, and really took the time to make sure I was setup properly.

It’s a great iPhone which gets better with each iteration. No issues since I have owned it. I recommend it but if you have waited till now, wait another month for the next version. The main negative is the cost but I assume other similar products are not that much cheaper...
