I’ve had the phone for a while and I haven’t had any issues. I would recommend to anyone. The camera is awesome.

I am enjoying the bigger screen. I was excited when I found out that apple was making the X with a bigger screen.

When you hear "buttery smoooooth" about the IOS operating system, it's true. Just so fluid and flowing. I really love the phone aside from not having a true multitasking ability. Why can't I have a small picture in picture YouTube video playing while I do other tasks? This phone certainly has the CPU power to do it. Come on Apple! Add this feature and you'd have a home run here!

I had a six plus since they came out but I want a more tech and model phone. It’s a lot quicker then my other phone.

Great phone...consistent with Apple quality. Purchased XS phone on sale...still pricey! My first phone was a 6-Plus which was purchased in 2014. I didn’t experience any major problems with the exception of slow response time and diminished battery recharge life, which surfaced in 2018. I am pleased with the support and educational resources that Apple provides. No complaints with the operation of the phone.

Great phone, no problems since I’ve used android all my life. It takes time to get used to apps and operating the phone. For the older generation use what you like but try it first? You may go home unhappy like my grandmother did after being used to a particular way of using an Android cell, we made her stick to it for the soul purpose of getting used to it she now likes it but will go back to an android on her next cell? Lol

Love the face recognition, so much easier! Didn’t think I would love it as much as I do. Pleasantly surprised!
