I had the iPhone 7 Plus which had no issues and was paid off. However, I though I should be pro-active and was thinking of the iPhone 8 Plus (I have Apple Computer at home - they work well together. Ex All my comp docs easily found on my phone--Im not techie, but its soooooo easy.) . It turned out that this was same price. I enjoy the phone and have had no problems. I must say that I *do* miss the home button. Some features can only be brought up with an unusual swipe. Mine also came with free dongle. I enjoy the phone. The camera is great. I gave the iPhone 7 Plus to a family member and they love it, so it was a win win.

Upgraded from an iphone6. The screen and graphics on this are amazing. I prefer the larger screen size. Very fast processing. Calls are great with no problems. Camera is much improved.

Fast; high quality body; good battery life; I love the touch and rear camera. Portrait mode in front camera is good but not exceptional. Moreover, Best Buy is my fav place for shopping.

I am an Apple fan, but I wouldn't go as far to say that I worship the company. I upgraded from a Iphone 7 plus to the Iphone XS Max. I really thought I was going to miss the button, but i have to say it didn't even take me more then 5 minutes to forget about it. The screen real estate is awesome and I'm glad the button is gone. The phone is fast and takes great pictures. Coming from a 7 I didn't have wireless charging, but now I am not sure I could go back to not having it. I love my new phone. I highly recommend if you are sitting on the fence with an older iphone (older than X) then get this phone. Awesome purchase, no regrets.

I’ve always been an Apple fan, but this phone is great with photos, faster to use than previous, and I love the elimination of the home button allowing more screen display.

Apple has done it again. The facial recognition makes my phone so easy to use, the screen is huge, everything is clear and bright, and the phone is fast! I LOVE IT! Worth every penny.

I upgraded from a 6 plus. It was like going from a four-cylinder Civic to a new Ferrari. This phone is fast, sharp and responsive. The cameras are amazing. Battery life is very good.

Love the larger screen, Camera and the face ID feature with the locking and animoji is a lot of fun. you can use a bunch of different and custom animojis while on facetime aswell.

The phone is the best Apple has put out to date. Camera is awesome. Big screen. Super fast. I did uograde to the 256 which had a higher down payment though. Just a perfect phone.

Upgraded my wife from the iPhone7 Plus. My wife enjoys the extra battery life, and the huge-normous screen. She is getting used to the features and LOVES the camera. Great phone

I never thought that this unit will impress me. Primarily is the ease of use and bigger screen feature. I love the face recognition feature as well.

The screen looks great. The Face ID works well. The camera takes good pictures/video. It’s thinner than my previous phone, the 7 plus. The battery life is very good.

Had a note 8 before switching back to an iPhonr. Started with the Xr. Hated it. Decides to go up to the Xs Max. Worth it. Better screen, great camera, fast, and reliable.

Coming from an iPhone 5 to The XS Max is a major difference. Larger screen, faster processor, camera is great. So far very I'm impressed!

I upgraded from an iPhone X. I prefer the larger screen of the Xs Max. Long battery life. Great pictures and lots of memory.

This phone is the best IPhone that has come out in a long time. The size is perfect, the features are spectacular, the camera is amazing..... I just can’t say enough.

after 2 weeks, I know I made the right choice. Great camera, amazing screen, and I love Face ID to unlock. Same physical size as my old 7plus, but now it's all screen.

First switch from android to iPhone and my fiancé and I absolutely LOVE these phones. They are heavy so I always know where it is which I like, the battery life is insane, and the features were such a seamless transition. The battery though...WOW! We charged our phones Thursday night, used them all day Thursday, drive 4 hours away from a camping trip and did not charge them at all and we still had 37%!!!!! That speaks for itself. I love this phone and couldn’t be happier with my decision
