Great phone. Battery life will last you a full day or longer depending on the usage. I use mine heavily for games and videos and a single charge will usually last from early monerning till the next again day. Great camera. Great screen.

Apple has really outdone themselves with the IPHone XS Max. This phone is for my wife II will be getting an XS soon). The processor is amazing, the feel of the phone is incredible and the clarity of the pics is outstanding. Keep it up Apple!!!

My favorite part about this phone is the screen. The screen is beautiful to look at and whenever I watch videos, the picture is very clear. I also like the portrait mode on the camera because it makes photos look almost professionally done.

Previously had the IPhone 7 Plus but I gotta say that I’m very pleased with this Upgrade. Not only are the visuals great on this 6.5 inch OLED screen but the sound is much better. The design with glass back gives it a nice touch to it as well.

I needed extra storage and was still using my iPhone 6. It was time for an upgrade and I’m very glad I went with the XS Max with 512GB. I should not run out of memory for a while! Larger than I was used too, but easy to adjust.

Upgraded from the 7 plus and I am impressed! It’s so much faster and the edge to edge screen is awesome. I missed touch-ID for the first day, but I’m totally used to it being gone now.

OMG!!!! I love my new iPhone XS Max I switched over from and iPhone s7+ and was so much happier the battery life is amazing so is the camera and the security on the phone I love best choice I have made so far when choosing a phone.

I keep saying things like "this is the biggest phone I'll ever own" and then boom, new one comes out and I buy it. The bigger screen is cool, I don't mind the phone size. I upgraded from an 8 plus and I'm happy I did. Face ID is also fun.

Not only were the Best Buy employees helpful but once we told them what we wanted they found it with no hesitation but iphones have never let me down I love the size easy to hold and use and the face recognition is my favorite

This was an overdue upgrade from an iPhone 6S plus and I’m getting used to the new setup. I’ve quickly learned to swipe up after face recognition and swipe down for notifications. The camera quality is exemplary! Great phone overall.

If you use your phone mostly for a camera like me then the upgrade to the XS is well worth it. I had an XR and the difference in picture quality is dramatic. I even stopped using my Canon G-11 while on a recent vacation because the pictures were better. The automatic settings were almost always correct. As for the phone capabilities, it is similar to XR, I have Verizon and the service is great. The speaker for phone conversations is good, loud and clear. The speakers for playing music are ok but it is a phone so I don’t expect Bose quality. If you like Apple products it was well worth the upgrade.

Everything you want in a cell phone. Screen is extremely clear and pops, great speakers, very good refresh speed when online, good signal strength, and good battery life. Would purchase again.

This phone is everything I expected it to be except that text messages don't sound off when they come in if the phone is locked. Hoping Apple has a fix for this soon. Love the feel and size of the phone. And the screen is awesome.

Best iphone ever. The cámara is amazing. The battery power on this phone last me all day. I wake up everyday at 5:00am and it last me until I go to sleep which is around 11:30pm. I’m able to go on one charge this phone is amazing.

People buying it must understand that iphone Xs and Max are luxury phones. You are not buying it for the features, you are buying it for how does it look and how does it perform with those look. And it is a gorgeous phone. There can not be any better unboxing experience for me. Please do take good care of it. Do not drop it, do not keep it without a case and screen protector. There are tons of cheap and good and best out in market. choose one that fits you. There's no need to talk about feature or looks, you tubers are filling up with its own review. Being said that, why do I buy apple iPhone. Because with experience I know that it will perform exactly same from day 1 to day 365 to so many years. Best support by Best Buy, and Apple. Switched from iPhone X and product does not disappoint at all. Shooting my entire project with the improved cameras. Definitely noticeable difference from X. Also love the new bigger phone size! Probably my favorite new feature.

Beautiful, powerful and reliable phone. I bought for my mom and she loves it. Easy to use and battery last all day and camera is great. Highly recommended. Quality is excellent.
