The performance on this phone is amazing, battery life is great and love the fact that my screen goes all the way to the edge. The pictures taken from this phone are amazing and it comes with some new features. One thing I don't like is the fact that Apple used glass for the back again, and the phone is on the heavy side, maybe due to the big glass on the back

This is our family’s 6th iphone and it continues to amaze! My husband decided on the largest and OLED screen after visiting the Apple store and speaking to the experts. He has vision issues and the X Max was significantly easier to see.,He is learning all the new features and it’s been an easy transition from 6S to this one! Best Buy was amazing to work with. Wouldn’t buy an Apple product from anyone else. Good Bye to the Verizon Store!

Easy to use and set up, awesome camera, screen size and long battery life

I honestly am incredibly impressed with, not only the phone but also the process. I bought it (upgraded from my iphone 7) online and picked up in store, which was so simple and fast. My only complaint about doing that is that I wish that I could have 1. Activated the new phone at the store, and 2. Turned over my old phone at the store. I did not like having to print a shipping label and getting a box and sending it off, and I hate that I still have yet to get a confirmation that Sprint got the phone. So that could DEFINITELY be improved upon. And that is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. As far as the actual phone goes, I am highly impressed with it. Being an Apple user we often get a bad rap for "buying last years technology for twice the price" from Samsung users. (My boyfriend included) But I think Apple really stepped it up with this one. The display is beautifully clear, the camera is better than my boyfriends Samsung hands down, and it has so many new bells and whistles that I did not know I even needed. I waited a long time to upgrade because I thought I would hate not having a home button, but other than when I can't hold the phone in front of my face, or I am wearing sunglasses without clearish lenses, I actually much prefer the face Id. I hope in the future they will upgrade it so you can do a fingerprint and/or face id. Did I mention the camera? I thought the back camera was the only one that would be enhanced but no, the front facing camera is now FANTASTIC! I love taking pictures with both front and back cameras now and I barely have to use any editing software because the pictures are incredibly clear! As if all that I mentioned above wasn't enough the battery life is phenomenal. I honestly don't think I have had an iPhone that has a battery life this good. I normally listen to podcasts all day at work, and then listen to music on my whole drive home - all from apps on my phone. Before, my iPhone 7 would die or be on the verge of dying by 3pm, if not sooner, after starting the day with 100%. I am currently writing this at 3:45 pm and have been listening to podcasts on my headphones all day since 7:30 and my battery is still at 87%, I have also been texting and going on social media on my breaks too. So the battery life is excellent!

Coming from the iPhone 6, this phone is a substantial improvement. The battery life is amazing and it lasts me all day. The camera is very high quality. The Face ID(While skeptical at first) is very fast and I have gotten used to it as a better way to unlock my phone compared to Touch ID. While I know this is not a huge jump when coming from the X. This phone is perfect for anyone looking to upgrade from a later model.

I get the newest phone each year but I might finally be able to hold for a few years. Phone is fast, screen is gorgeous and since I have other components of the Apple Ecosystem, everything just works and I can get tons accomplished. I don’t game on my phone, it’s 85% work usage but with this new screen, I can do a ton more on my phone and iPad versus my MacBook Pro which is nice...would love some Apple Pencil support!

I have been an Android user for years but finally switched over to Apple because all of my family members had the phone. I was hesitant to buy this phone because the home button was missing but I have to say its allot more convenient to just swipe up. Also, I really love the Face ID feature. The camera takes great photos too. Overall a great value.

Apple continues to amaze me with each and every refresh of their heralded iPhones. They truly have hit the bullseye with their latest iPhone offerings with the latest chip, phenom camera, and overall looks. This phone is for my wife. As the screen display is large, 6.5 inches, it does take some getting used to. I am not able to stick it in my pocket so I will probably lean on the Phone XS.

I had left Apple devices 5 years ago and vowed to never return. However, they have definitely surpassed any other device once again. This phone is the best phone I have ever owned. Rarely have to put it on charge. Camera is phenomenal and it allows me to do many things at once. I cannot imagine ever going back to the other msgs now that I have had the XS Max!

Not much else to say besides that it’s a good phone. I upgraded from a 6s and am enjoying the faster speed, better camera, and extra screen space. An iPhone is an iPhone though, so it doesn’t feel like anything revolutionary. Once you’ve had one, you’ve had them all! M usually not the one that buys every iPhone every year but I’m glad I got this phone this year. Perfect for what I need to do. Screen is massive and it helps me with my fading eyesight lol. Holds battery power like crazy but if you want a quicker charge get that fast charger. I already had a portable power pack that works pretty fast with it. Apps open up super fast too!

I will start this review with confessing I am a die hard iPhone fan. I have had every every iPhone Apple has made. I love this phone. Although it’s similar to the X this camera is better in my opinion. I’ve always liked lots of memory on my devices. Lots of storage for music, photos and videos. I am glad to have a bigger screen again. Great job IPhone

Clear large screen great camera fast device really great features

I absolutely love this phone! I love the size of the phone! I love the battery life if this phone! I love the facial recognition feature of this phone. I love the way this phone feels in my hand. I love the way this phone works flawlessly with my iMac, my Mac Pro and my iPad Pro!

I went from an iPhone 6 Plus to this one and love it. Not the cheapest, but clearly the best. Face ID works better than I anticipated. When I compare photos taken from both phones there is no comparison. I purposely held out for the bigger phone as compared to the iPhone X and glad I did.

I upgraded from the iPhone X and it was absolutely worth the upgrade. Bigger is better! The new A12 chip is amazingly fast! There is no phone out there that can compete with it. Also, the phone is absolutely beautiful to hold and look at. You will not regret it! Highly recommend it!

I’ve bought every other iPhone over the last 10years from the very first iPhone (pre-app Store) to the new iPhone XS Max and I can say without a doubt that Apple has outdone themselves. I never liked the “Plus” models as they felt to big in my hand but this phone is perfect. Beautiful screen, fast response and tons of memory. I’m a very happy camper!

This phone takes amazing pictures and videos. I was able to get some awesome shots of my daughter riding her horse. Best Buy was running a good deal on this phone so I got it at a great price compared to directly through Verizon. The phone has been easy to use and navigate through. I really like the face ID feature to sign into things.

Having had almost every iphone released, the XS Max 512 GB is a beast! The phone is fast and I have been impressed with the long battery life. The camera is exceptional and takes better pictures than my older DSLR. I can't brag enough about my decision to upgrade to the XS Max.

I love the size as I was used to the iPhone 6s Plus. The camera is a good upgrade love my photos now. Of course it is faster than my old phone. I’m loving my new phone upgrading with Best Buy was an excellent choice. Boxing stores are not even open right now because of Covid 19 Best Buy hooked me up!
