When you first take the leather case out it seems really slick, stick with it and over time this thing becomes a real beaut

This a quality minimalist case. Just note that this thing will protect it from mild drops but by now means will it save it from everything.

Simple but attractive case. However don’t expect it to stay the pretty brown it comes in. It’s a dirt magnet, but still protects the phone well.

I love this case. I had a leather case on my last iPhone for 4+ years and not once did I damage the screen. For the record I am pretty careful with my phones. However, this case provides the right balance for me between minimalist coverage and protection for when I happened to drop my phone. The case comes up and over the screen and camera lenses so neither are ever in contact with the surface it is sitting on. The only weak spot is along the bottom near the speakers where there is no coverage. But as I said, that was not a problem with my last phone and case.
