I absolutely love my iPhone XS Max battery case...

To start this thing adds a good amount of weight to the device. Having owned this case now for 4 months I’ve noticed battery degradation. What would boost my device to last almost 2 days With both the case and phone being fully charged, I now get at most 4-5 hrs of extra charge before the case battery dies and my iPhone is left to fend for itself. As just a case it looks good, but I can’t help but feel you would be better off with a speck case and the extra money you would have spent on this could go to a 20000mah battery bank.

Bulkier than most other battery cases and the outer layer is coming off already but it still works ok. Also, disappointed that it did not come in nicer colors.

It was okay I think I just had a bad case. I had to return it to apple but I did get another one at no charge. But I did like having extra battery.

At the price I expected it to be lighter. The cell phone that is already big gets bigger and heavier. So I could not figure out where the smart part of this case fits.

Not quite as I expected, the battery is charging my phone all the time kills smart case fast. I thought it would be the kind of smart case that would kick in when your phone starts to get low. But it is what it is.

The iPhone XS Max Smart Battery case has been a great case so far. I've noticed a few issues with how it works software wise with the iPhone but hopefully those issues will be fix by Apple in upcoming iOS update.

This case is honestly the best out there for the iPhone. Just one problem. Since you can’t turn off and turn on the batter case when you need it it will just keep charging your phone even when you at 100%. I love it but I hate that it keeps charging my phone.

Great case. Nothing wrong with it except that it is not that durable. This is my second one after 8 months, I was rough on it. However that’s what you’re supposed to do with a case.

It works but it’s very bulky & that causes the hand to get tired if you use the phone a lot And I would say Apple should allow battery to be charged only when it drops below certain level it always stay charging until the case battery dies

For the price, I would think that it would be able to withstand pocket use better than it did. The soft rubber tore and rubbed off easily exposing a hard plastic underneath.

It’s a great charger, the only reason why it don’t rate it a 5 star is because it’s on-going charging. I tend to worry about might happen to the battery long term.

Well i bought this case brand new from BBY and it look like it was refurbished. The first case they send didn't work the second one stopped working after few days. The phone doesn't charge your phone from 16% it only charge until 30% and then stop this case is only good if you have your phone at 100% and the case is fully charged it keep ur phone for 8 hours straight in 100%!!! Wasted of money

After a month this case began to turn on and off constantly while hooked up to my phone. I exchanged it at my local Best Buy and the new case started to do the same thing after a month. My wife has this case for her iPhone X and has not seen any issue. I may just have bad luck to receive two lemons. When the case was working it did great, I could make it through a whole day/night without killing the case

I’ve owned this for almost three weeks now. I love it, except I wish you could turn off or on the charging capabilities on the case itself.. otherwise great case!

Purchased apple thinking it would be a better product. Already does not work. Difficult to hold and bulk ( I understand it has to be larger, just be aware that in just the short time I had it I still did not get use to it. for over 100$ money can be use better elsewhere in my opinion. Silicone did have decent feel to it.

Charging Case is cool they kept my phone charged all day but the only downfall is there’s no on/off Button for case
