Terrible power for such an expensive case I mean yea it’s nice and silicone and yea it’s a case but it’s a 100$ + case with power and ur telling me it doesn’t give a full charge

I ordered the more expensive case because I was on a trip and would not have access to charging cord. Case did not charge. Was unable to use and missed the return date by the time I returned home. Waste of money.

It’s good, but my phone says it is charging but it’s actually not

The product didn’t work. Seeing as Apple made it clear that this product for the X series had issues I’m really surprised they put it back on the shelf to sell without making sure the product wasn’t defective.

For the price, these things do not hold up. Within a year I’ve had to return and repurchase three. Come to find out there’s a known issue with them but good luck getting an appointment with Apple to fix it

the case is wonderful But the color is light and stains super easy

After my first one malfunctioned, I purchased two more thinking it was per chance all of them were defective but nope. its unfortunate because I really liked this case when I had my 6s.

Great at first but it had a negative effect on my iPhone

So I bought the case because I wanted to try it out and I love battery cases for my XS Max. When I first got it it wasn’t charging at all with my phone in the case. So I took out my phone and decided to charge them separately. The light turned green right away and once I would connect it to my phone it would say it had no juice. Even charging it together with my phone it would start off with 0 and jump right to 75% made no sense. I contacted customer service and exchanged for a new one. And my new one is doing the exact same thing the first one was doing. So I’m very upset with this product. I love Apple products but I don’t know what to do at this point. I’m just gonna call customer service and get a refund

Would not allow CarPlay to work so had to return it.

Case was too bulky and the material for this color was more slippery than the black charging case which made it uncomfortable to hold.

I’m on my second case, big mistake. As far as a case it is pretty good. But no as a charger it only lasts 3 hrs total. YouTube was promoting this like it lasted for hours...not...!!!! Don’t waste your money

I’m am extremely disappointed for it being $140 this case is horrible. It does not last long. Do not waste your money.

Was not impressed with this case. Seems cheaply made, like it’ll peel easy. It’s too bulky and didn’t really help with the charge.

Did return the item. Not sure if it was working correctly. Little confusing and heavy. Makes phone very bulky.

Was hoping for extended use of battery pack to eliminate having to charge often. But was never able to get the pack to work with the phone . Not sure if it was a bad pack of battery packs. Disappointed, because wife bought it as a birthday gift , cause she saw how i admired hers and the use she gets from not having to charge her phone for at least 2/3 days sometimes.

Case is sturdy and easy to put on, but out of the box the case was not able to charge. Charged over night and the issue remained. Apple has a 2 year extended warranty program that addresses this issue. I may have got a dud, but shipping times are late to get a replacement through Best Buy , so Im on my replacement directly from Apple. Time will tell how long this lasts.
