Came ripped and didn’t even charge was a gift so disappointed

The case arrived earlier then expected, unfortunately it did not work.

Does not work. Won’t charge my phone. Very disappointing.

On my 2nd one. Battery dies after a few mtgs if use.

The battery does not charge effectively. I returned the case.

Product was ok , wasn’t all it was cracked up to be

I recently purchased this case and man I’m loving it so much, with help of the case my battery lasts the entire day and on top of that case has wireless charging too which makes everything so much easier.

I bought this case at Best Buy and was excited to get it. When I got it home and on the phone, the battery was dead and needed to be charged, no big deal. Let it charge the whole night and woke up to it at 100%. Put it on the phone and literally five seconds later it was down to 95%. Put it on charge and back to 100 in seconds and it would just do this. Called the best buy store and they had no more in stock and told me to go to Apple. The Apple store checked it and replaced it in a matter of minutes, dead cell The new case is working flawlessly. Not sure how protective it will be on a drop but I like having nearly a full extra day of juice.

Expensive but does what it says it will. I'm a super heavy user and I keep my phone at or near max brightness. Today I intentionally didn't use the wireless charger on my desk to see how long the battery would last. I got 6 hours of near constant web surfing and game playing before the phone switched to the internal battery (don't tell my boss). Wit my usage this case turns my XS Max into an all day phone. I wont need to charge after I take it off the stand in the morning.

At first I wasn’t in love with this case due to the fact that you cannot turn on the charge as needed. However after using for a while, the Apple integration is fantastic!! It gives power as needed, based on usage. Also, shows charge on notification screen. By far the best battery case for the iPhone XS Max!! Sometimes the old saying is true, “You get what you pay for.” Expensive case, but worth it if you want or need extra battery between charges.

I like how the case feel and it charges my phone faster

I decided to give the case a try and honestly I have yet to look back, It was an easily justifiable purchase that keeps my iPhone charged well over a day. I'm getting at least a day and half worth of use off a single charge.

It feels nice in hand, and definitely giving much better battery life for my phone. Overall, I can only say the cons of this case is covered by its overwhelming pros.

I love how sleek and sophisticated this case looks. Those are nice add-ons in connection with the long-battery life it provides. Definitely worth buying!

Well built and works well, however occasionally with wirelesss charging, I get occasional connects reconnects at which point I have to reposition case and sometimes just leave it charging via cable. It’s possible it’s due to my Samsung charging plate. But I hope this is some sort of software bug that is fixable.
