The case was $50 off so I took a chance and it was worth it. I’ve never liked how thin phones have become and this case makes it much easier to hold my phone and the rectangle battery in the back of the phone is not as bad as the pictures and people say. It’s very soft rubber and does not feel cheap.

I bought this back in March and it was working perfectly until about a week ago. It keeps disconnecting randomly I am going to call bestbuy tonight to see if this happens a lot. Very frustrating to have happen after spending $130.

Loved it while it lasted. It was convenient for sure. It was a little heavy and eventually fell apart with normal wear and tear.

The best battery case for iPhone X and iPhone XS. Purchased this on sale on black Friday and enjoy using it every day. Personally, I do not like the mophie or alternatives because they are not integrated into the software as well as the Apple case.

I have used the Apple smart battery case for the last 2 years. Mine finally got beat up enough that I wanted a new one. I bought my last one at the Apple store and it was perfect. I love it. I never run out of charge. You charge the case and phone together. Just plug in and both charge. I decided to buy my new one at Best Buy because the price was better at Best Buy. I received the first one about a month ago. It didn't work. It would not charge. I returned it and Best Buy ordered me a new one that took 3 weeks to arrive. I didn't mind the wait because my old one was still working. The new one arrived. It ALSO DOES NOT WORK. I know it is the new case because my old one still charges perfectly. I even bought a new charging cable just in case. NOPE. New case still won't charge. It starts charging but within a minute stops. What are the chances that both new cases were faulty? I wonder if these are possible knock offs or made in a different factory. Regardless, I am returning and buying my new one from the Apple Store, even at the higher price. I do want to say one more time that I LOVE the product- when it works. I love the charging case but the ones from Best Buy just don't work.

Looks good - BUT, be careful! Ordered what I thought was for Xs MAX but received for Xs thus it did not fit! Found a pre Xmas available item for 75% less.

It was okay except for the price. There are lots of other options out there. If you really need apple product, this would be the one option.

I love Apple's own Smart Battery Case. Have been using them since owning the iPhone 7, and wouldn't think twice about going with a different brand. I prefer their own case over all other makes and models from other brands.

As a disclaimer, I haven’t used a mophie case or similar before. I think this works well, but I can’t understand how it should be a charge and a half but seems to drain very quickly.

Overall I would buy this case again. It takes the same lightning cable to charge and it’s integration with the phone is nice. It’s a step up from the Mophie case as I originally had that one but returned it and got the Apple case.

Although this is said to be for the iPhone XS, it also works with the iPhone X. The only thing I see that is slightly different is the cut out for the camera lenses. Off center just a hair but has no affect on the lenses.
