For the price this should have actually lasted longer than it did. Superfluous they couldn’t get anymore in because the phone was “too old” and they couldn’t get anymore cases for the iPhone X. Didn’t give me my money back tho so there’s that. Btw, case only lasted 4 months so for $99 that’s a negative!

The case I good but doesn't offer very much protection. The first time I dropped my phone it took the silicone off of the case in the corner

Worked good at first but now it keeps switching between the phone battery and the back up battery.

Concept is good. Charge doesn’t seem to hold and or doesn’t last very long as it charges the phone.

Somehow the side got skinned off within the first week. One of the days that I was charging it, I found out that it wasn’t charging, I had it on the charger overnight and when I took it off the, my phone was like 60% and the charger was at 80%, when the case is supposed to deplete before your phone, my phone was dying and it showed that the case was charging at that time.

I guess it’s more in what this case can’t do versus what it can. There isn’t a way of stopping the case of charging your phone like I thought there was. If your phone is at 100% it will drain the batter of the case still. Wish there was this feature because this case would be a lot more valuable if you have that option.

Honestly.. trash the open box was deemed “excellent condition” which clearly wasn’t even fact check or tried. Wasted my time ordering this it didnt work at all literally 0% wish I was exaggerating didnt even charge too 1% was broken out the gate and took a good 20 minutes to even get case once I came in store as I ordered at 5pm.. wasnt confirmed 3 hours later I just had to go check on the order myself.. every worker was standing around talking and they let the customer service desk worker handle a long line of customers by herself.. (wish I had got her name she was working hard and very annoyed herself with the effort of rest of the staff). Greenspoint bestbuy of Houston is a waste of time for quality effort was warned to not even shop here ignored and ignored it.. but wont waste my time again.

The case stopped working after about 8 months. The prongs inside the case got loose and would not charge the phone easily. I took it to apple but they have a long process for scheduling Genius Bar appointments. Eventually the product ran out of warranty before I could take it to apple

Case / battery overpriced and made cheaply! Does not last!

Loved it at first but it quickly deteriorated and fell apart. The top part was rubber and clipped off quickly. The battery unit itself was getting weaker and weaker and worse and worse at retaining its charge. Do not recommend. Look elsewhere

i had it for maybe two weeks and the case just stopped charging my phone and wouldn’t connect to my phone anymore. Not sure what happened.

This charger should have a button to turn the case off and off. Users should be able to save charge and use the case to charge our phones when needed.

I purchased this “new”. You are not able to purchase any additional warranty or insurance. The Product stopped working in 45 days . Apple stated that product was sold in February with probably defects. . BestBuy denied it. And wanted me to purchase another one. I had to drive to Apple and they provided me with another case for free. Apple products should not be purchased from Bestbuy

I bought this item thinking it would last me 1 whole day with my battery, and juat a regular use of phone. It last 1/2 a day with the phone battery plus the extended.

It’s great for what it is but it’s not very durable. I would buy this again but I’d make sure I bought AppleCare with it. You’ll need it every month.
