It does not work!! Returning to the store! Disappointed!

Showed up completely doa. Waste of time and money.

After 3months this case no longer works and will not charge my phone.

I had a mophie on my iPhone XS before. Was really waiting on apple to release this case because my main thing was a charger case that had the lightning port on the bottom. When I first tried it on it definitely made my phone feel a lot heavier. I didn’t like the fact that it doesn’t have an on/off switch. But it’s a smart case and it seems like it distributes the charging perfectly for my phone throughout the day. Definitely a high price to pay for a case not gonna lie but overall that lightning charger port is way better to have over a micro usb.

Living in the City, the worse thing that can happen is your phone dying. The smart battery case is the solution. It's bit bulkier than the previous generations, but it gives my phone both the battery and protection it needs.

Fantastic product! Has not left my iPhoneXS since I got it. It is a little bulky but that's okay. All this extra power lets me use my iPhoneXS to its maximum potential. Apple you did it again!

There are other less expensive battery cases... but the apple brand fits the lightning connector, and continues to be charged by a lightning connector in the battery/case. In my mind a plus.. Fit and finish are "apple perfect".

Admittedly, I had high hopes for this case. Those were quickly dashed. From the beginning, it didn’t charge as much as advertised. More recently, the charging started to cut out, both to the case and to the phone. I’m going through Apple to get a warranty replacement. All in all, I’m very disappointed.

DEFECTIVE and BEST BUY AND APPLE give you a run around. APPARENTLY, APPLE gives you a hard time when you don't buy it form them. Say they can help you had you bought it from them. This expensive case stopped working after 3 months. NOBODY wants to help. Best Buys says you need to take it to APPLE that it isn't their problem. So, try to make a genius bar reservation for it... yep, I still have a broken case here at my house.
