Staff were great about helping me get out the door and I set it up at home. Super easy to transfer with Apple iCloud. Love the new phone and screen. I upgraded from a 12 mini and find this very portable, size has not bothered me carrying it around. Glad I made the change.

This probably was just a defect on case because I got a new one and it works just fine.

I think that it will not last long as the material from which it is made is weak to say the least, feels not reliable.

This one keeps the phone feeling smaller while offering some protection if needed. No visible wear so far.
