Over all a good product, but could use improvement

No instructions - Difficult to understand

I have had this for only a few months and the headphone plug has become pushed up inside the unit thus not allowing it to make a connection with the headphones any more. Not sure why this happened because the only headphones that I have used on this is the apple headphones that came with it and the ones that have the mic onthem. Better buy the insurance with this one.

bought for autistic young man

The return part was easy enough, but everything is not so user friendly. I have Windows 8 and I not computer smart with iTunes, so trying to create playlists, or add songs to the new ipod was and is not easy.
