I got this on a recommendation from another runner friend. I was frustrated that my phone wasn't lasting long runs/races and trying to figure out how to make it work. I picked this up (with warranty) and haven't looked back! I forget it's in my pocket and don't need to look at it to know how far I've gone (nike+ Tells me!) Love it and can't imagine using another device!

Was a gift for my sister in-law. Was easy to format and add music to.

Difficulty setting up blue tooth, would not recognize pairing device. Not sure if due to other device or the ipod itself. Screen size is small for big fingers if planning on increased use of changing songs or watching videos will strain eyes BUT for the purposes I purchased it was a perfect choice. I don't like that this generation does not have speaker and requires headphones, the GEN 5 I think it was - had speaker capabilities. Overall as far as Best Buy service I am satisfied.

Bought a new iPod Nano for my teenage daughter and it is great, especially on long car rides through the mountains of North Ga and NC where radio reception is almost non-existent. We also enjoy the fact that we do not have to clutter the car with a bunch of CD's. My daughter is Autistic and having her be able to use her iPod helps with keeping her calm as she LOVES music!
