    This is an appropriate mp3 player, but if you want to use it for running with nike+ you will find problems to synchronize with you nike+ account.

    I love the IPOD. Wish it had the old plug size to go with my ILuv radios at home and not have to use an adapter for it to work. Curse you Apple!!
