    This item was ordered online to get the color pink, but when the item was opened to gift it was found damaged and did not work properly. It was very inconvenient because then the item could not be returned to the store but had to be fixed through apple, very frustrating and disappointing.

    It is good, but I have a problem with the fact that you cannot lock the music when you are on shuffle. I have over 1300 songs. The IPOD keeps resetting itself. It is very frustrating to me. I had an MP3 and I liked it more.

    I purchased two Apple Nanos, onene silver and the other was a purple one. The silver is in great working condition, but the purple one had a green line down the screen right out of the box. I find myself questioning whether the silver one will not have problems with the screen too.
