    I had purchased one of these previously which worked great until it literally no longer turned on even after charging it overnight as usual. I went back to best buy and had no issue returning it having the replacement plan. I am very happy with the results as well as the product.

    Bought open box at a discount of 20.00. Have issues getting my music to upload. Person who had it b-4 me had it registered in their name & can not register to my account (ITunes). So it just sits in its box. Have not had a chance to get back to Best Buy. Watch what you buy when its on sale for open box. Not that great a deal sometimes. Not happy.

    I was originally wanting to get the regular iPod, however Best Buy was out of them at the time and only had the nano and the mini, I decided to get the nano, very happy that I did, you get quite a bit for the money.

    I have to admit, I am not an apple fan or enemy, neutral. I find most their products way to pricey for a retired person and more than I need. The IPod however has the exact blend of features and for a reasonable price, considering I saw the options with other players.

    The IPod Nano is just what I wanted for listening to music in my home & not on my phone. I use it with a wireless speaker & also a docking station. It works great. It is quite small so I would like a case for it. The store didn't have any so I will have to shop online. I would have preferred to get everything I needed at one time.

    I purchased the ipod for my husband who is a little technology challenged. I used my iTunes music to load the playlists that I know he will enjoy. I also like the radio station feature on the device. I think he will really enjoy the device while gardening this summer.
