The iPod nano works fine, but as an open box item, it should have been reset to factory settings. Still had someone's iTunes account t name and songs on it. We had to go to the Apple store to get it working right. We have not had issues with open box items before, but check before you leave the store.

i mean it does what it does. however, I did have an old ipod touch that i dropped TONS of times and nothing ever happened to it. I dropped this ONE TIME and screen shattered. I just think they are not made as well as they used to be.

Its a good choice for the money you pay. But still my phone does a better job.

My daughter is young and is pressing me for a facebook account, texting, etc. I got her this for her birthday and she loves it. It plays all her music, she can get on youtube, but it allows me the ability to still keep on the "mom monitor."

Nano is the best music player for the price. Purchased it for my wife who isn't very comfortable with electronics but was able to use it within minutes. Perfect storage size for her needs as a way to listen to music in her new car!

Works great, may still have a place for use as music player when exercising but everyone now listens to music on their phones. No wonder Apple quit making them. Cool little device though. It's a shame they finally got it right and now there is no real use for them!

Purchased the last 2 iPods that Best Buy had! Salesman told me that Best Buy was discontinuing selling actual iPods in store locations since ipods are now in iPhones and other Apple devices. Glad to get the last two in Tulsa.

i love this ipod. i used my old iphone 3 as an ipod until it finally died. I have a samsung galaxy but not quite user friendly when it comes to downloading music. this nano was perfect since i didnt want to spend money on an itouch.

Great product. Love the fact that you can buy after market replacement parts for all of their electronics and aren't jerkrs hostage to buying only name brand pays (chargers, etc.)

It gets the job done, but tries to do too much. All I need is a music player. This product tries to emulate an i-phone without the phone. The interface is too klutzy for me, but then again, I prefer the old style rotary controls. Just my opinion. If you use a smart phone, this should work fine for you.

I love this thing! I got this to finally upgrade from my old iPod Shuffle that I've had for years. My only issue is that occasionally, when I touch the screen, it seems to open the wrong app. And the voice was very annoying until I finally figured out how to turn that annoyance off!

I bought this IPod to replace an older version. Nice update of workout logs & tracking of pace/distance. I primarily use this at the gym. The voice over of progress is nice too! My husband is always asking to borrow mine now.

Good product. Wish it had a holster or carrying case that came with it however. Most people I know use the product when they jog, walk, or exercise, so having a case that could be clipped onto a belt, pocket, or other piece of clothing would be a welcome part of this device's purchase.

I had to replace my iPod from 10 years ago and picked this one. I like the upgrades they have made to the iPod. I use it almost everyday, keeps my phone clear of all my music

Bought this IPOD to play my music library on my Bose Counter Speaker. The Apple IPod and Bose Speaker are perfect together. You can not go wrong with Apple and Bose products!

I haven't gotten a new ipod nano since the 3rd generation. This 7th looks really nice. It's works as expected, esp the radio feature is a nice feature to have when on the go. Unfortunately, the jack may have an issue causing the music to pause. Eventually got it replace through apple.

Apple owns the market on this, so if you have iTunes but don't want your kids to have iPhones, then you have to end up getting this. Don't like to, but the Great Apple requires it.
