    I had an older generation Nano that I loved, but it finally died of old age and I replaced it last week. This one is fine as long as it's plugged in, so no problems listening in the car which is my primary use - but as soon as I unplug it and try to listen to music in my office or at the gym, I have about 45 minutes before the "low battery" warning. What is the point of a portable music player that can't be away from it's charger port?
