The device has not worked since I purchased it. I finally figured out the earplug hole in the Nano does not work. Best Buy customer service was totally unconcerned and directed me to the Apple Store 45 minutes away. I still have no resolution. Don't think you will find online help from Apple or anywhere else. I am totally frustrated with this purchase. I have made big purchases in the past at Best Buy but after this experience I will go elsewhere.

If you suffer from large hands this item is not for you.

Everything has to be loaded with iTunes. Can't load my own music. To long time to find the Nano iTune app. to download on my computer. For the amount of $ for the product very disappointed to about the limitations off adding music and can't add my personal Pod cast.

I had never used an apple nano, but found it easy to integrate into my system at home Peach tree, Pioneer, and with the right digital wires it sounds fantastic on my surround sound! My playlists are supper!

I like this mini player. I prefer the SONY better.

Return item since same it's function as the iPhone.

I would not recommend this to anyone it sucked. I could never get the songs to go to the iPod Nano from iTunes. I followed the instructions and the instructions were totally different then what I was seeing the iTunes software had been updated since the instructions and the layout of the software was totally different than that of the instructions. I don't know if the Nano was defective butt I could never get any songs to transfer to the Nano.

This item was a Christmas gift. I was looking forward to using it, however, this item is not user friendly. It requires that you download itunes software in order to download any music. I have over 3,000 CDs and 1,000 vinyl records and this Ipod will not allow me to directly download my own music. For this reason I returned the Ipod and will continue using my old Ipod. Sad that Apple does not allow the customer to decide what and how to download but forces you to use their software.

Bought this ipod for my husband, he dropped it and was unable to plug his earphones in, Best buy wouldn't exchange as 15 day return passed I am a Best Buy member and they would not honor the 30 day retutn :(

I use my ipods in my car and play them through the lightening cable. However, with the new series of nano ipod, you cant play music while its plugged in. It makes doing what Id like with it impossible.

This product worked for less than two weeks. Each generation of i-pod seems to be worse than the one before. I-pod stopped working approximately 2 weeks after purchased. Started with random voice over that repeats despite voice over being "off." Reads down playlists and repeats (this problem is noted in multiple forums and reviews all over the internet). Day after voice over issue began would play about 5 seconds of track and then repeat name of song and artist over and over. Tried every fix recommended nothing worked. Complete garbage. Apple should be ashamed.

We actually needed something to communicate between Amazon Music and the Nano, unfortunately our Apple computer would not work nice with the music function, it wanted iTunes.

This product is a Worthless! I bought this for the purpose of using while I work out. After 5 minutes of being on, the music becomes segmented, as it starts and stops while playing. Very frustrating because it affects my ability to concentrate when I work out. It's like the music is skipping. I exchanged it at my local Best Buy and the reps were very helpful. The one I exchanged it for does the exact same thing. Not happy at all with this product! Apple dropped the ball with this one! Very unsatisfied with this product.

This device is hard to sync with music from your mac computer, I struggled for hours then traded it in the next day for the iPod touch. Now I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I have had this device less than 60 days and have had issues with powering on as well as charging. At this point I cannot get it to charge at all. I will be taking it back

The iPod will play the same song 2 or 3 times in a row and it won't scramble the songs when I tap that icon.

The ipod won't sync to my laptop to transfer music. Very frustrating! By the time I realized it wasn't my itunes app or my laptop that was the issue, it was past the 15 days to exchange/return it. Now apple will try to fix it or send me a refurbished ipod. RIDICULOUS!! I didn't even get to use it and now I may be getting a used/refurbished one?! I am not happy!
