Can't get to work

Nano would not sync with my Apple library.

Purchased the Nano and it would not sync with my PC Apple music library. Took the Nano to Best Buy for help. Told I had to bring my PC in with the Nano before they could help me. Returned the Nano for a refund.

Nano Touch not reliable

Prior version of this product (without the touch screen) was MUCH better!!! Apple products definitely NOT the same quality as before.

My husband threw packaging away and waited several weeks before getting around to dealing with it so now we cannot return it and are stuck with a defective product. It never once turned on. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Not user friendly

When I swipe on the screen, it doesn't respond quickly. I wonder if this product might be faulty. All of my other Apple devices work well but this one is just not user friendly.

All of a sudden it stopped working. I thought the battery had discharged but it will not charge or turn on. Defective product.

Apple needs to bring back the Ipod Classic

Since it is touch screen and small I did not care for it. I could never get the thing to charge so I returned it to my local Best Buy
